Pros:

It was a cute spot and near the Santa Barbara courthouse. Me and my family / friends stayed here ahead of our wedding. They had bottles of wine to welcome us. And they dropped off chocolate covered strawberries for us and a thank you note on the day of our wedding.

A modest bed and breakfast, without a breakfast.
Pros:

It’s very pretty and the location was decent.

Cons:

Our room was disappointing. No chair, desk or refrigerator. The bathroom was tiny with a shower stream that hit me in my stomach and a very low ceiling over the commode. The sink was in the bedroom on the other side of the bed from the bathroom. So it would be impossible to get ready in the morning without waking your partner.

Pros:

Peaceful little get away!!! Loved the contactless check-in & out experience. That said, Humberto extremely accomodating via text. Most comfy bed which overlooked the gardens from the second floor. Will definitely return.

Santa Barbara will not disappoint.
Pros:

Location and size of room

Cons:

It’s old and smells old, not a deal breaker but it is noticeable. Rooms need a little
TLC but still a good value.

Pros:

The place is a beutiful old wooden house converted in a small hotel. It's completely automated, so there was no staff working in the lobby of the hotel, which was very creepy. The house was remodeled, but still the air was stuffy and smelled very old. I wanted to spend a few nights in beautiful Santa Barbara, and not to stay in a museum. In addition, there were no A/C controls in the room so I had to ask staff over text messages for help multiple times. It's a beautiful house to see, but not remodeled sufficiently to be a hotel I want to stay in.

Gorgeous views, great location
Pros:

Location was excellent, near enough to walk to a number of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The neighborhood is lovely. The room had an amazing view and a large private patio on the 3rd floor. The complimentary bottle of wine was delicious and parking at the hotel was easy to access. The soaking tub is delightful

Cons:

For the private suite on the 3rd floor the last set of stairs are incredibly narrow, not very well lit, and you are almost guaranteed to hit your head going up or down (at least down has a warning sign about it) if you are over 5'7". Additionally, the bathroom door is almost impossible to close or open and very loud when you do get it to move.
