Pros:

Tesis çok temiz ve kahvaltisi cok cesitli ve lezzetliydi.Kendi sahili yok ama yürüyüş mesafesinde anlaşmali Shayna beach kullanilabiliyor.Arkadaşimin tavsiyesiyle gittik çok memnun kaldık Resepsiyon cok ilgili özellikle Aleyna hanima teşekkür ederim.

Genel olarak güzel sakin bir ortamı var ayriyeten temiz ve güler yüzlü bir hizmet aldık memnun kaldık bir daha Kıbrıs’a

Akşam yemeğinde içeceklerin ücretli olması (kutu kola vs)
Bir de balkonsuz oda tercih etmişiz farkında olmadan sigara için sürekli havuz başına çıkmak zorunda kaldık

Clean, comfortable, very modern & chic. Staff very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Due to the time of year it was nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately as we picked an economy room it had no balcony so there was nowhere to hang you swimwear but as we was only there for a couple of days it manageable. Also staying with 2 kids and using their pool facilities there was no pool bars open so you could not get anything to drink unless you went outside

Konum ve ulaşım açısından rahat. Otelin personeli çok ilgili ve yardımsever özellikle Aleyna Hanım tüm taleplerimizi en iyi şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Mennuniyette devamlılık esastır bu yüzden sonraki seyahatlerimde de Mc Palace tercihim olacaktır

Pros:

This is our second stay at the hotel..amazing, clean and big rooms
Beautiful view from the lobby, the economy room has no views, it only shows the corridor .

Cons:

.I was only upset to find the bathroom shower gel empty and it had water blockage..also the beds are small as we asked for 2 single beds.

Konumu gayet güzel idi..Personelin güleryüzlü olmaları ve de işini severek ve bilerek yapması etkileyici idi…
Lobby’nin de son derece büyük ve ferah olamsı da çok iyi idi…

Cons:

Devamlı daha iyiyi hedefleyen bir Otel olarak eminim kendileri müşteri memnuniyeti için daha da iyi olacaklardır…
