המלון מאוד יפה, נעים, נקי וברמה גבוהה. הצוות מאוד שירותי ואדיב, נתנו לנו מענה לכל שאלה ובקשה. ארוחת הבוקר במלון מצוינת והבריכות והספא ממש טובים.

Pros:

Everything here was exceptional. The food (and its variety), the staff, the facilities, the live music every night... Nothing I could point a finger at and say "this could use some improvement". Definitely coming back here, and soon!

Amazing Hotel and Staff.
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff, especially Adam, were very helpful, energetic, and always smiling. Overall, all the staff were absolutely amazing.

For our anniversary, they treated us to cake, champagne, fruits, and other lovely surprises. It was amazing and made our celebration even more special.

В целом хороший отель, прекрасный вид, очень отзывчивый персонал. Хорошие номера (видно что восстановленные, отремонтированные).

Cons:

К сожалению отель далек от 5*, есть четкие требования к присовению отелю 5 звезд - они не соблюдены (соответственно присвоены отелем самостоятельно), поэтому в целом твердые 4 звезды. Очень плохой выбор еды на завтраке и обеде (кухня далеко не хорошая). Территория отеля достаточно грязная и не убранная (особенно за бассейнос заросший грязный пустырь, на который выходит вид из окна).

Pros:

I adored every little detail: the facilities in the room, the hotel’s facilities, the vibe of the hotel, the restaurants, the staff. Every thing! From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I felt relaxed, enchanted, peaceful and important. The management and the staff put a real effort so that the guest feels at home but in a luxurious way.Thank you so much!

A truly relaxing and beautiful stay

Excellent experience!
We really enjoyed the whole experience, from the warm welcome at the reception, the relaxing atmosphere, the aesthetics of the hotel. The staff is really professional and polite, the room was very clean with a lot of amenities and welcoming treats. We tried the restaurant buffet and everything was of very good quality. The breakfast buffet was also great with choices for everyone.
We would really like to visit again in the summer and be able to enjoy the swimming pool as well!
