Very disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.
Before our arrival, I asked if early check-in was possible, but I never received a clear reply.
The exterior looks more like a block of small apartments than a luxury hotel.
The air conditioning was very loud throughout the night, even on the lowest setting, and the bathroom door was poorly constructed (see photo).
The pool toilets also smelled very bad.

The in-pool sunbeds were a great idea because half of th3 bed is inside the pool,, but guests were reserving them with towels from 6:00 a.m. The hotel's policy states that unattended towels should be removed before 8:00 a.m. and beds left unused for over two hours should be released, but this was never enforced. Some beds were left with towels for more than four hours while other guests couldn't use them.
Its not even a one star hotel.

מומלץ מאוד לחופשה זוגית ללא ילדים. מלון מדהים.
Pros:

מלון מושלם, הגענו זוג לשלושה לילות, כל יום חיכה לנו בחדר פינוק/ יין/ קנוח/ שתייה /פירות. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. יש בקרבת המלון הרבה מסעדות קרובות, לקחנו רק ארוחת בוקר. חוף הים במרחק של חמש דקות הליכה. צוות מאוד אדיב ועשה הכל על מנת שנהיה מרוצים.
מרחק נסיעה משדה התעופה במונית של כחצי שעה.
