لقد تعرضت لعملية احتيال في هذا المكان
لقد حضرت في موعد الحجز وقمت بسداد كامل المبلغ المطلوب قبل الصعود للجناح و الحجز كان جناح كوين و لكن تفاجئت ان الاقامة ستكون في غرفة عادية صغيرة جدا و عندما اعترضت كان المبرر ان الجناح بة صيانة بالرغم من ان الفندق تواصل معي قبل الحضور بيوم و أكد الحجز و لم يبلغني باي تغيير
واعترضت وطلبت ارجاع الرسوم التي دقعتها و الانصراف ولكنهم عرضوا تحويلنا لفندق اخر تابع لهم و ذهبت لرؤيتة واضطررت لاقامة فية لان الوقت كان قد تأخر و كنا مرهقين جدا من السفر الطويل و الغرفة الجديدة كانت صغيرة جدا و دوراة المياة بها تسريب و الحجز الاساسي كان يشمل الافطار و هو مالم نحصل علية و لم نحصر علي تعويض فرق مستوي الحجز و لم نحصل علي فواتير مقابل ما دفعناة و تم الطلب مني ان الغي حجز بوكنج حتي لا يقوموا بدفع العمولة و هو ما رفضتة
كانت تجربة صعبة جدا و سيئة جدا جدا و الاسواء انهم قاموا بالغاء الحجز من جانبهم و اتهمونا نحن بعدم الحضور للتهرب من عمولة بوكنج

A vista das pirâmides era praticamente como consta nas imagens! O quarto muito confortável!

Cons:

Havia sítios que pareciam que estavam por limpar há muito tempo, com muito pó. Havia formigas no quarto. A rua do hotel era muito decadente. A receção estava à parte do hotel. O pequeno almoço não era bom!

تعامل الموظفين فى المكان جيد جدا
المكان قريب من الاهرامات

Cons:

انه دور فى عمارة سكنيه وعباره عن غرف صغير بحمام
مستوى النظافه متوسط
الغرف 4 افراد صغيرة جدا عبارة عن 4 سراير ودولاب متهالك وحمام صغير ولا يوجد مكان فى الغرفه حتى تضع اغراضك او حتى تتحرك.
الحمامات تحتاج الى صيانه
