Comfortable and amazing stay
Pros:

Everything, timed breakfast, comfort of sleep, check-in check out most importantly the flexibility of staff and nice treatment by them specially ( Ahmed, Mohammed and the property’s concierge Ali who were more than fabulous and amazing with me ).

Cons:

Few minor maintenance issues that were actually “noted” and overcame with and resolved but that doesn’t eradicate the fact that the staff were ultra attentive and caring for details and and the comfort status of my stay.

I truly feel fortunate that I chose to stay at Arbella Residence. First and foremost, every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. What impressed me most was their willingness to help in ways I never expected. During my stay, I needed assistance with several matters that had nothing to do with the property itself, yet they went above and beyond to support me and help solve my problems. Their kindness made my stay so much easier and more comfortable, and I am sincerely grateful to all of them.
Secondly, the property is clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and essential services nearby, making it incredibly convenient.
I wholeheartedly recommend Arbella Residence to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay in New Cairo. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was the only good thing about the property.

Cons:

Definitely not a 4-stars hotel. Wasn’t clean, noisy, loose windows with noise and air coming in and out, no room to serve breakfast, no lobby, no service, refused to offer second key to the room to power electricity, no amenities, no name sign to indicate the address, not easily accessible from the street, we checked out two nights earlier and asked for a refund for bad experience but didn’t approve, they serve breakfast of their choice in the room but not on time. Not worth the value. Avoid if possible.
