Superb decor throughout
Pros:

The room ,cleanliness, comfortable bed, the decor throughout was superb, the reception staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel was a little too far out to walk into town ,the lock was broken on the bathroom door and the usb charging point wasnt in working order either.

Great place to stay with friendly and helpfull staff.
Pros:

We were welcomed on our arrival and were shown the hotel facilities. We were impressed with the size of our family room and its cleanliness.Before our evening meal at Lokkys Restaurant we sat in the spacious garden for a pre meal drink. The meal was excellent!
We had a quiet nights sleep on a comfortable bed followed by a great breakfast.
The staff were friendly and helpfull throughout.
An excellent hotel within easy reach of South Pembrokeshires resorts.

A wonderful Anniversary break. We will definitely return!
Pros:

Excellent service from the pre visit courtesy phone call right through to checkout! Spacious deluxe room with thoughtful amenities provided. Lokkys Restaurant/Bar excellent- delicious food with attentive friendly service. Attractive Terrace and garden areas very comfortable for a relaxing drink/read. Local bus service easy to use, saving driving and parking in resort!

A hidden gem!
Pros:

Great location. Very impressed with our room and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were made to feel very comfortable and greeted with a warm welcome. To top all of this was the food. Absolutely amazing quality and authenticity. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing short break.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Good location. Quiet.
Good choice of breakfast. Free onsite parking and free in room with fi.

Cons:

Lack of fridge and safe in room. Room was well used and there was a large hole in duvet cover.
Bathroom needs updating, it was big but shower was over the bath - no handrail and water pressure was poor. 3 flights of stairs to room - no lift!

Great on site restaurant. Comfy stay and a short drive to Tenby & the surrounding attractions.
Pros:

Lokky’s restaurant & staff were excellent. We ate there both evenings and the food was amazing. The outdoor seating area was lovely and very welcome in the hot weather. The room was comfortable and very clean and well appointed albeit a fridge would have been extremely useful particularly in the heat wave and I would have expected one for the price.

Cons:

Lack of a fridge.
