Location , clean and nice staff
Food quality and varieties are good but could be better
I loved the room with the jacuzzi. The beach area and pool area were exceptional well maintained and clean all the time. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The security in hotel is top tier and I felt very safe even when I was on my own at times. There is always security present and they recognise you and keep an eye on things. The spa was not so great of an experience and I wouldn’t recommend booking the hotel one. Breakfast is amazing everyday and they serve you fully table service. It was right next to our room. The breakfast times are also nice being open from 7am-11 am which allowed to get that extra sleep in.

جدام البحر المشي فيه جيد مو بعيد .. والساعه 1 في سناكات عالبحر .. اشكر خدمة الروم سيرفس والشيف ومساعده كانوا لطفاء وخدومين والاشخاص الي تعاونوا معانا .. والفندق دور واحد ويتكون من 20 غرفه فقط..
اول ماوصلنا التكسي وقفنا بعيد لان غير مسموح لهم بالدخول عند الريسبشن ومشينا مع اغراضنا لين الفندق وهالشي كان متعب وموكل التكاسي يقدرون يدخلون داخل خليج نعمه .. المسبح مشترك مع الفندق الثاني وهالشي ماكان مذكور ولازم كل مره تاخذون تذكره من الريسيبشن عشان تنزلون وتطلعون برا ويدخلكم الفندق الثاني عالمسبح !! الريوق غير متنوع نفس الاكل كل يوم واطباق معدوده .. واساساً المطعم جداً صغير ويتم الطبخ في الفندق الاخر واحضاره للفندق الي احنا فيه وحتى اذا طلبنا اكل مافي بفندقنا يحولنا عالمطعم برا الفندق ويطول جداً حتى لو طالبه طبق واحد !! .. مافي عازل الاصوات جداً واضحه بالممرات وبرا ومانقدر ننام من الاصوات العاليه برا الفندق لي الفير .. ما اعيد التجربه بالفندق !!

The surrounding is too loud . Had hard time to sleep for all the clubs with high music volume untile 3am

We stayed here in April and immediately re-booked to come back in September as it was so nice. The staff especially Ali on reception & the breakfast manager & chef go above & beyond to assist you & make your holiday special. We love the location and the fact the beach area is directly in front of the hotel. You can also snorkel in the 2nd beach area where we saw some amazing fish. The rooms are cleaned daily and re-stocked with water, snacks, bathroom supplies. Breakfast is on another level as we were treated to our own private buffet and he makes anything you want. The sunrise is amazing in front of the hotel and we had the jacuzzi beach front room which was perfect.
A point to note is the 2nd beach area is closing from Monday 14th Sept and they are expanding the beach area in front of this hotel so not sure what it will be like in the future. The only thing I would say is the snorkeling is better in the 2nd beach area due to the coral rocks there & they close the beach at 6pm and you aren't allowed in the water after this time and the whistles will drive you mad to get people out the water!

Wonderful staff that made my stay amazing. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent service, and a great atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help especially Ahmed, Ali, Mohammed, and Saad. I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

طاقم الفندق وموظفينه فى غاية اللطف والتعامل الراق واخص بالذكر الاستاذ على موظف الاستقبال والاخ احمد موظف المطعم والاخ سعد مسؤوا housekeeping عل مدى اهتمامهم وحرصهم على راحة النزيـل فى ادق التفاصيل وتلبيه طلباتهم. بشكل عام مكان الفندق جميل وقربه من جميع الخدمات والاماكن السياحيه مرافق الفندق نظيفة جدا والشاط، جميل ونظيف وان شاء الله راح يكون خيارى الاول دائما فى شرم الشيخ
