Pros:

Excellent experience right from check-in to check-out. The rooms were well-equipped, spacious, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel's location is simply amazing, offering easy access to key attractions and conveniences. Cons:

Il soggiorno presso Naama Bay suite & SPA sembrava essere andato bene fino al momento del check-out, ma quello che è successo dopo è stato inaccettabile e vergognoso.

Il ragazzo della reception sosteneva che mancasse un telecomando e pretendeva 50 euro senza alcuna prova. Quando ho cercato di andare via per raggiungere l’aeroporto, è addirittura salito nel mio taxi continuando a insistere che dovevo pagare, arrivando di fatto a impedire la partenza dell’auto finché non gli avessi dato i soldi. Mi sono sentito sotto pressione e intimidito, soprattutto perché rischiavo di perdere il volo.

Alla fine ho pagato soltanto per liberarmi della situazione e riuscire a partire. Un comportamento del genere è totalmente inaccettabile, poco professionale e indegno di una struttura che dovrebbe trattare i clienti con rispetto. Chiedo il rimborso immediato dei 50 euro che mi sono stati fatti pagare ingiustamente.

Tengo però a precisare una cosa: Vado a Sharm el sheikh da più di 20 anni e non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere non voglio assolutamente generalizzare o giudicare tutti gli egiziani. Ho conosciuto tante persone egiziane educate, corrette e gentili. Purtroppo, però, esistono anche persone che approfittano delle situazioni e questo episodio mi ha lasciato davvero un’impressione pessima.

Dopo un’esperienza simile, non tornerei più in questa struttura e consiglio agli altri clienti di fare attenzione.

Emplacement idéal. Chambre très propre, petites attentions du personnel. Merci aux personnels d’accueil, surtout à Ahmed 🙏🏻.
