Worth it but I wouldn't stay in hot weather
Pros:

Location to the central bus station, the amenities (kitchen facilities), shower and cleanliness.

Cons:

Two spiders found in the bathroom, I think they might be coming from the bathroom vent. Also the A/C is a portable one, not a 'proper' wall mounted one. The A/C was not that effective and I found it a bit difficult to sleep.

Upřímně mě překvapilo jak moc věcí bylo dobře a správně. Lokalita u nádraží florenc je fámozní, pro mě to bylo hlavně místo na přespání před odjezdem do Berlína, což bylo úplně perfektní. Cena moc fajn

Cons:

To je opravdu jen detail, protože toho má apartmán výrazně více než jsem čekal, nicméně mi asi trochu chyběl mrazák, který v létě mohl pomoci s naskladněním mražených jídel. Na to jak funguje klimatizace jsem nepřišel, to ale dávám za vinu spíš sobě.

Very comfy and clean
Pros:

Beautiful modern apartment with everything you need to make it feel like home

Cons:

The location is a bit closer confusing in the beginning. It sits behind the bus terminal which is a weird size and shape block . You will walk around a little at first until you figure out a way straight through the bus terminal ( you will need to turn left from your entrance and immediate left around the corner to go straight across the bus drop off pick up)

La ubicacion y la conexion de transporte publico para moverte por la ciudad.
Limpio ordenado buen diseño, se nota que el apartamento esta renovado de hace poco.

Cons:

El duplex tiene el dormitorio en un sotano al no haber ventanas la extraccion funciona las 24 horas. El ruido de la extraccion es tan fuerte que impide dormir y descansar incluso con tapones.
