Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—it’s within walking distance to both the Galata Tower and Istiklal Street, and there is a metro station right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The overall environment is great, very clean and comfortable. On top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. It was truly a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Cons:

However,I do have one small piece of feedback for improvement. Since the restaurant is located directly above the room, footsteps from people wearing high heels can be heard quite clearly inside the room (though regular flat shoes don't cause any noise). Fortunately, it became completely quiet by bedtime, so it didn't affect my sleep.

Excellent hotel. Great service by all staff and great location.
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel! We were warmly greeted each morning at breakfast by Y.Kerem Inal and Aram Dal. Exceptional service by both! Great front desk staff also. Avni doing a great job as always!
The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to Galata tower and Istiklal street. Great cafes, restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel.
Very clean and beautiful decor. It is like living in a mansion.

We had a nice, though short, stay:)
Pros:

The location was very good! The climb up the stairs to get to reception was quite steep but the person at reception immediately came down to carry our luggage up the steps :)

Cons:

My son, who lives in Istanbul, came to visit us at the hotel. In spite of our informing the front desk to allow him up, someone was sent to follow him. That was quite unsettling and a little rude.

Stylish, modern, central and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was amazing. Close to the metro, close to great restaurants and tourism opportunities.
It’s a very stylish hotel, amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us, air con everywhere, comfortable beds, beautiful linen, dressing gowns! Fab roof terrace for city views. Incredible restaurant next door, Aheste.

Cons:

Steep climb up steps from the street but everything else made the ascent worthwhile. It’s a lovely old building.

Everything was amazing - the location, the beautiful building and cleanliness, facilities, staff

Cons:

It can get a bit noisy at night due to the building being old and no soundproofing but they said they will soon be changing that. That is if you’re very sensitive to sound when sleeping

Bellissimo Hotel!
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta: si trova a Pera che concilia un po’ di vita notturna (con qualche caffetteria e locale per drink carino ma restando al pelo fuori dalle vie più caotiche con birrerie ecc) con una strategica collocazione sulla mappa per le visite turistiche alla parte europea classica.
La struttura è davvero molto bella (palazzo antico) con camere decisamente ampie e ben arredate. Il bagno è molto comodo ed include un sacco di kit come si conviene ad una struttura di livello.
Letto con materasso comodissimo e camera silenziosa anche se nel weekend un po’ di musica di sottofondo si sente (se siete proprio molto sensibili bastano un paio di tappi di cera e via).
Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile, la camera è stata sempre riordinata e pulita con puntualità e rifornita ogni volta con 2 bottiglie d’acqua e caffè-tè offerti.
La colazione è sul rooftop con una magnifica vista ed è decisamente varia ed abbondante con un costo addizionale contenuto.
C’è anche una piccola palestra con gli attrezzi essenziali.
Punto di forza essenziale il rapporto qualità-prezzo che è indubbiamente molto competitivo.

Cons:

Posso dire non ho da segnalare nulla di negativo! Ho trovato tutto fantastico e se tornassi a Istanbul alloggerei volentieri qui un’altra volta.
Segnalo solo due cose per assoluta chiarezza:
1- Io ho soggiornato in una king room al 4’ piano: occhio a risparmiare perché ci sono anche delle queen room con un costo inferiore che però non hanno le finestre!
2- Alcune recensioni parlano di molto rumore proveniente dalla strada e bisogna contestualizzare: siamo in una zona un po’ vivace e non certo nei sobborghi! Bisogna mettere in conto che trattandosi di una zona un po’ vivace ci saranno un po’ di musica e di suoni di sottofondo sopratutto nel weekend ma non li ho trovati assolutamente eccessivi: siamo nella norma di una zona da vita notturna in qualsiasi città!

Lovely spacious hotel in a great area
Pros:

Really nicely designed hotel, spacious rooms and a great rooftop area for breakfast
The location is perfect and there’s a fantastic cocktail bar across the street

Cons:

You couldn’t sit outside in the morning as the seagulls would eat your breakfast! Not a major problem though but quite amusing

Pros:

Loved everything about our stay here! The rooms are fresh, modern, and super clean. The team at the front desk and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and attentive. Five stars all around!

Cons:

My only recommendation for improvement would be to add a ramp or platform elevator alongside the front entrance stairs
