الاقامة في المجمل ممتازة وسأعاود الزيارة مرات أخري

العاملين يبذلوا أفضل مافي وسعهم وخاصة الاستاذة روان في الاستقبال والاستاذ أحمد شهاب في الاستقبال بذلوا كل مافي وسعهم لخدمتنا اثناء فترة الاقامة . خالص شكري لهم

الافطار متواضع جدا لايرقي لمستوي الخمس نجوم علي الاطلاق . ولايوجد تنوع مطلقا .... لايوجد ماكينة اسبرسو فقط نسكافيه في أكواب ورق أو شاي مثل فندق 3 نجوم

Die Luxus Zimmer zB mit Meerblick sind klasse.
Die Lage, wenn man auf der Werft arbeitet ist super.

Cons:

Die Standardzimmer sind abgewohnt.
Für Urlauber ist die Lage eher nicht so ideal.

Pros:

Sea view room, pools, breakfast and the calm, safe sea (almost no waves).

Cons:

The beach needs more attention to continuously remove trash from the small bin attached to the umbrellas and from the sand.

Mr Mohamed Gamal , cooperation and nice greeting .
He is very helpful trying to do his best to make us happy .
All the staff in the hotel are trying to help as much as they can , trying to provide anything.
The seating areas in the hotel are nice and clean.
Quality of food in breakfast is very good

فندق جيد بشكل عام
Pros:

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال، نظافة وسعة اللوبي وحمام السباحة، الافطار جيد جداً، الموقع بجوار جميع المطاعم والمقاهي وكارفور في بورفؤاد، الواي فاي جيد والسرير مريح والغرفة واسعة، في حالة الرغبة في زيارة بورسعيد يجب استخدام المعدية للوصول لها ويستغرق الانتظار في حدود 20 دقيقة تقريباً، مع العلم ان كل شيء متاح في بورفؤاد ايضاً.

Cons:

عدم تلبية الطلبات بسرعة من خدمة الغرف رغم إبلاغنا الاستقبال ، دورة المياه في حاجة الى صيانة دورية ومتابعة، عند استلام الغرف كان غطاء السرير غير نظيف وطلبنا تغييره وتمت الاستجابة،

مشكلة موظفى الريسبشن

موظفى الريسبشن عندهم مشكلة كبيرة
اولا في التعامل.. تعامل مش professional ابداا
ثانيا السرعة.. بجد بيعملوا كل حاجة بببطا شديد
ثالثا معلوماتهم مغلوطة.. بلغونا أن مواعيد ال pool من 9 صباحا ل 8 مساء و لما ظلطنا الجدول و المواعيد على هذا الاساس. وونزلنا 6 و نص قالونا حمام السباحة من 10 ل 7 ووخلاث احنا بنطلع النزلاء و شئ عبثي جداااا قالونا اصلى زميلنا معلوماته مش مظبوطة لانه جديد
و حاجزين تربلة. ال extra bed وصل بعد 3 ساعات
