The property is in a very peaceful corner apart from all the crowd and sound, if you want a peaceful stay then it’s the one, staff was helping and good. Breakfast was very nice with a perfect view just after waking up.

THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY. They didn’t refund me my money when I asked for a refund. The area was unsafe for me, as it was also reported by the Uber driver that almost dropped me off; I asked for a refund, they didn’t give it. I kept reporting, and no one has done anything about it till now now. They are scammers!

La struttura è molto accogliente e curata, con un ampio spazio verde esterno, una bella piscina e uno splendido rooftop dove è possibile gustare ottimo cibo avendo di fronte la piramide di Cheope. Tutto lo staff è gentile e disponibile e ha reso molto piacevole il nostro soggiorno.

Bien pour une nuit seulement pour visiter les pyramides et le grand musée.
Pros:

Le point positif et c’est pour cela que nous avons choisi cet hôtel est la vue sur les pyramides de la chambre et la proximité avec celles-ci.
La climatisation est indispensable et fonctionnelle.
De plus, l’hôtel offrait des bouteilles d’eau chaque jour.

Le personnel était dans l’ensemble agréable (même si ce n’était pas le cas de tous..).

Cons:

L’hôtel comporte néanmoins plusieurs points négatifs.
D’une part, le quartier est très délabré. Impossible d’y sortir le soir et peu en journée.

D’autres parts, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait dessus, à côté, à la piscine ; et notamment les travaux qui n’arrêtaient jamais.. même à 23h.

Enfin, le petit déjeuner proposé était passable.

Attention, les photos de l’hôtel ne ressemblent tout de même pas à la réalité.. elles sont très modifiées et embellies.
Par exemple, la terrasse qui semble jolie avec ses poufs, tapis.. n’a rien de cela. Elle est vide.
Etc.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sie für jedes Anliegen ansprechen. Das Hotel war im Innen-und Außenbereich sehr sauber. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war nicht super groß, aber ausreichend. Ein Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Pyramide.

Cons:

Es gibt nur eine kleine Sache, die mir nicht gefallen hat. An einem der Fenster fehlte eine Glasscheibe, sodass schnell Lärm ins Zimmer gelangen konnte.

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia. Desde o primeiro momento, toda a equipa foi extremamente atenciosa, disponível e cuidadosa connosco, fazendo-nos sentir muito bem recebidos.

Gostámos particularmente do conceito das refeições, uma vez que tínhamos meia pensão e tanto o pequeno-almoço como o jantar eram à la carte, com várias opções à escolha. Embora por vezes o serviço demorasse um pouco, consideramos que compensava pela qualidade e pela possibilidade de escolher o que queríamos.

A vista para as pirâmides é simplesmente incrível! A localização, apesar de um pouco escondida, proporciona um ambiente tranquilo e agradável. O quarto duplo era muito confortável e agradável, assim como a casa de banho. Tivemos ainda a sorte de ficar no rés-do-chão, com um pequeno alpendre que dava diretamente para a zona da piscina, o que foi fantástico.

Contratámos também através do alojamento um guia para dois dias de visitas. Fizemos as pirâmides, Saqqara e Memphis num dia e, no segundo, o Museu da Civilização, Khan el-Khalili e a Mesquita de Muhammad Ali. O guia que nos acompanhou foi extremamente simpático, atento e conhecedor, tornando as visitas ainda mais agradáveis.

Outro ponto que adorámos foi a mesa de snooker, que nos permitiu passar bons momentos em família depois do jantar. Tivemos ainda a oportunidade de assistir, a partir do rooftop do restaurante, a uma celebração de um casamento egípcio, uma experiência inesperada e muito especial.

Um agradecimento especial pela atenção no nosso último dia. Como o voo era apenas às 4h da manhã, fizemos o check-out no dia anterior, mas permitiram-nos ficar durante todo o dia a usufruir da piscina. Disponibilizaram-nos ainda um quarto mais pequeno para podermos guardar as nossas coisas e tomar banho antes de seguirmos para o aeroporto. Pudemos inclusive fazer o nosso último jantar no alojamento.

Foi, sem dúvida, uma experiência cinco estrelas. Não temos qualquer ponto negativo a assinalar e recomendamos este alojamento sem hesitação!

Vista spettacolare ma non tutto al 100%

Posizione incredibile davanti alla piramide di Cheope! Colazione e cena con vista indimenticabile.
Staff super gentile e sempre disponibile.
Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla ed era molto spaziosa, pulita, situata sul rooftop con vista piramide.
Nel quartiere di Giza non è molto facile girare a piedi, consiglio di usare i trasferimenti dell'hotel che sanno esattamente dove si trova la struttura; una sera abbiamo usato Uber e ha fatto fatica a trovare la strada.
Bella la piscina, pulita e comoda.

Cons:

Il cibo non era il massimo e soprattutto il tempo di attesa era di circa un'ora.
Purtroppo la camera essendo sul rooftop era molto calda al pomeriggio e il condizionatore non riusciva a rinfrescare. Alcune volte è andata via la corrente e l'acqua in bagno.
Stavano facendo dei lavori sul rooftop proprio davanti alla nostra stanza e tutte le notti che siamo rimasti hanno continuato ad usare la saldatrice fino all'1 di notte! Non sono lavori da fare con degli ospiti nella camera davanti.
Alcune parti comuni sarebbe da tenere meglio.
