L'accueil et le service sont bien
La taille de la chambre assez petit pour 2.
La salle de bain est trop petite en plus les toilettes sont commune si on prend une douche l'eau va partout du coup vous avez les pied mouillé si vous allez au toilettes même 1h après. La pression de l'eau parfois est faible et C'est mal agencé. J'ai une chambre ou je voyais pas la pyramide hors je l'avais pris pour sa. J'ai pu constater qui y'a d'autre hôtel autour a voir la prochaine fois.
Vistas a la pirámide de Keops desde la habitación y zonas comunes (piscina y rooftop). Personal muy agradable, habitación limpia, nos dejaron utilizar la piscina e instalaciones el último día tras el chekout hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto. Buenas zonas comunes con billar y piscina.
Es un poco difícil llegar y hay que aprenderse el camino. Se pasa por un barrio en el que no eres bien recibido.
Su ubicación al primera línea de las pirámides! Comer y contemplar las pirámides de día y de noche en su pedazo de terraza! Eso no tiene precio! La comodidad de las camas y sus habitaciones muy grandes eso no tiene precio...

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace and very close to the Giza pyramids.
On a few occasions, the food took a long time to arrive.

The location is fantastic, right in front of the pyramid. The food included was very excellent. The staff was helpful and not pushy like in other hotels we've stayed.
We liked the location, but people who don't like to walk around rough areas should pick another place.

The exercise (fitness) were not as advertised. They were broken.
Proximidade das piramides. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Refeições boas, têm 4 tipos de pequenos almoços à escolha e o menu de almoço é bastante completo. A zona exterior e a piscina são agradáveis. Pelo preço estava bom no geral.
A limpeza dos quartos estava muito má, os lençóis estavam sujos e as almofadas tinham cabelos e a casa de banho não estava bem limpa.
Die Lage ist natürlich genial bei den Pyramiden es gibt aber auch noch viele andere gut Hotels mit Pyramidenblick
Keine gute teilweise alte Ausstattung ( trotz sogenannten Delux Zimmer) kein Roomservice,
Neuer funktionsfähig Duschkopf erst nach Reklamation, Gesamtkost durch Gebühren und Steuern ca. 30% höher als in Bookingpreis. Dusche ohne Vorhang oder Glaswand, Kein Frühstücksbuffet 4 „Menüs“ zur Auswahl, nicht sehr sauber….siehe Bilder
