Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and every team member made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, the entertainment and activities were fun and well organized, and the sandy beach was absolutely beautiful. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment.

We had a wonderful stay at Serry Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the beach is stunning with crystal-clear water.

Everything, location was perfect, the staff was amazing, the beach and the pool was wonderful and the different restaurants WOW.

It is the best restort that I have ever visited…stuff is so kind and ready to help.
Also, it is impacable clean which is really important to me.
The property had nice beaches and some facilities like the gym was maintained well.
Some parts of the property were poorly maintained, and the staff were arrogant and very disrespectful. My stay was extremely stressful — it didn’t even feel like a vacation because there were constant arguments and meetings with management over unresolved issues.
To be honest, I have had a very difficult and unpleasant stay from the moment I stepped foot into this hotel. I have been constantly arguing with employees, treated very unfairly, and the service in this resort is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel or resort in Egypt. The constant stress has made both my mother and me very sad and disappointed, turning what should have been a vacation into more of a debate. I do not understand how a place with such high reviews can deliver such poor quality of service.
From the beginning, staff interactions have been unhelpful and at times outright disrespectful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I have felt ignored and dismissed, which is unacceptable for a resort that claims to provide hospitality and comfort. The facilities themselves are poorly maintained, and requests for assistance or clarification are met with indifference. This lack of professionalism has created an environment where guests feel more like a burden than valued customers.
The emotional toll of this experience has been significant. A vacation is meant to provide rest, joy, and memorable moments, yet this stay has been filled with stress, frustration, and disappointment. My mother and I have been left feeling unwelcome and mistreated, which is not only disheartening but also damaging to the reputation of this establishment.
Guests deserve respect, fairness, and quality service, and unfortunately, none of these have been present during my stay
