Cons:

1) Minibar included, resp. sparkling water, juices and other non alcoholic beverages are available for free 2) Coffee machine (capsules) available 3) More hangers available from the start without needing to ask the room cleaner (who did an amazing job) 4) Designated area for yoga or any other exercise offered by the hotel entertainment team (similar to what Jaz Riviera has) 5) Ice cream available throughout the day (similar to what Jaz Riviera offers)

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Jaz Elite Amara e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, sempre pulita e ordinata, e si respira un’atmosfera tranquilla e piacevole fin da subito.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, senza mai risultare invadente.

Il cibo ci ha soddisfatti durante tutto il soggiorno: buona qualità e varietà sia a colazione che a pranzo e cena. Ci è piaciuta molto anche l’esperienza al ristorante Fawanis nel resort Riviera, dove abbiamo trovato un’atmosfera davvero sofisticata e curata.

Un grande punto a favore è stata l’attenzione verso la celiachia del mio fidanzato. Lo staff si è organizzato ogni giorno per preparargli pasti dedicati, facendo molta attenzione alla contaminazione. Il cuoco cambiava pentole e guanti ogni volta, e grazie a questa cura non ha mai avuto problemi. Inoltre, il cibo senza glutine (in particolare pasta e pizza) è stato sorprendentemente buono: cottura e sapore ottimi, di gran lunga migliori rispetto a molti ristoranti italiani.

Un ringraziamento particolare al restaurant manager Hany, sempre attento e disponibile nei nostri confronti.

Anche la spiaggia è molto bella e ben tenuta. Consiglio soprattutto la zona verso sinistra, dove abbiamo avuto spesso la possibilità di nuotare con le tartarughe: un’esperienza davvero speciale.

Nel complesso è stata una vacanza molto piacevole e lo consiglio senza dubbi.

Posizione ottimo, cibo molto buono, personale gentile e struttura pulita. Buon servizio escursioni all’interno dell’hotel

Cons:

Unica leggera nota negativa è che il servizio bar in piscina chiude presto (alle 5pm) e nelle camere non è disponibile il telecomando per aria condizionata da remoto (bisogna sempre alzarsi) e nelle Smart tv non è disponibile Netflix. Nei nostri giorni purtroppo non erano visibili i dugonghi (ma questo non dipende dalla struttura)

Piccole cose : nel bagno non c'è il conditioner/balsamo e non hanno le ciabatte/pattine strano per un 5 stelle.
Phone per i capelli con filo troppo corto, difficile asciugarsi i capelli, si staccava dalla presa di continuo.

Top Hotel mit super Service, Essen. Sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Alles! Die Lage am schönen Strand. Super zum schnorcheln. Vor allem am Morgen und Abend wenn die Tauchboote weg waren. Die Korallen und vielen Fische sind wundervoll. Das Essen und die Auswahl war super. Auch für Vegetarier. Der Zimmerservice von Adel war Top! An der Reception hat uns Ahmed Maher die ganze Woche immer sehr gut geholfen. Super Service auch an der Poolbar und am Restaurant am Strand. Es war schön hatten wir die Möglichkeit dreimal in einem anderen Restaurant in den anderen Jaz Hotels zu essen. Es waren immer freie Liegen verfügbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Die Tauchboote/Schnorchelboote während dem Tag in der Marsa Mares Bucht waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür. Wir haben aber auch jeden Tag grosse Meeresschildkröten gesehen beim Schnorcheln sowie auch einmal ein Dugong! Es lohnt sich am Morgen vor dem Frühstück schnorcheln zu gehen auf der linken Seite der Bucht. Wunderschön!

Struttura pulita ed ordinata.

Cons:

L’unico suggerimento che posso dare per migliorare ancora di più è quello di procurarsi più baby chair che sopratutto nel main restaurant nell’ora di punta potevano essere complicati da reperire. Lo staff prontamente lo è andato a reperire da un altro ristorante, ma appunto, suggerisco di procurartene un po di più.

Bellssima struttura per chi vuole rilassarsi,, staff gentilissimo e varietà di scelta al buffet di ottima qualità.
Struttura vicinissima all'aeroporto (15 minuti di taxi).
Accesso alla spiaggia con pontile sopra i coralli con tantissimi pesci colorati. Oppure, qualche metro più in là accesso sabbioso.
Abbiamo visto le tartarughe marine tutti i giorni.
Consigliatissimo!

- Sehr sauber und überall super Service
- Grosse, geschmackvolle Zimmer
- Sehr gutes Essen mit einer grossen Auswahl
- Wir konnten problemlos alles essen (auch Salat und Erdbeeren) und Getränke mit Eis geniessen - von uns 4 hatte keiner Verdauungsbeschwerden
- Wasserschildkröten, Seekühe & Rochen täglich am Hotelstrand zu beobachten (es lohnt sich Schnorchelset von zu Hause mitzunehmen)
- Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang - das hat sich bezahlt gemacht speziell in Bezug auf Privatsphäre
- Arzt und Apotheke vor Ort
- Katja die Gästebetreuerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

- Services wie z.B. Einkaufsladen, Spa und Taxi sind eher teuer
- Schwaches W-LAN: Wenn man eine Serie schauen möchte, lädt man diese am Besten zu Hause runter. Leider hilft eine Reise-eSIM auch nicht, da das Netz zu schwach ist. Zwischendurch funktionierte das W-LAN, aber es ist nicht verlässlich verfügbar.
