Sehr nettes hotel. Das Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.
Auch das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung und schmackhaft. Wir können das hotel empfehlen.

Cons:

Chambre était vraiment petite et on s’est aperçu pendant la nuit que la toilette était bouchée. Au matin, il a fallu 45 minutes de discussions, de tentative de trouver un responsable de l’entretien et d’appels téléphoniques pour obtenir d’utiliser celle d’une chambre libre! Ils ont refusé rembourser ou de créditer une partie du coût de la chambre.

Cons:

The tap water smelled bad, or maybe it was the drains. The bed sheets and towels also smelled unpleasant, and I found a dead cockroach in the shower. I couldn’t even remove it because it was so big. Honestly, the staff weren’t very friendly either.

I only stayed there for one night before moving to an all-inclusive resort very close to this hotel, where the experience was completely different.

o quarto era grande e a cama confortável. o hotel é muito perto da praia, de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, etc. o staff é simpático e solícito. bom custo-benefício.

Cons:

foi difícil encontrar o hotel. ao chegarmos no aeroporto, colocamos o endereço do hotel que estava no booking no uber e o gps nos mandou para um lugar bem distante. tive que usar um restaurante em frente ao hotel como referência para conseguir chamar o uber. nosso chuveiro não esquentava muito.

Muy cómoda y muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Todo estaba muy cómodo, muy acogedor, el personal siempre fue muy atento, el desayuno fue un huevo, fruta, jugo, pan, jamón y queso. La ubicación fue excelente, tenían varios restaurantes cerca, nosotros fuimos a Citrus y estaba casi que a 3 minutos caminando estuvo delicioso, hay varios supermercados, droguerías cerca y a buen precio. Y también hay una playa muy linda cerca.

localizaçao e quarto em si bons.

Cons:

limpeza... quando cheguei o lixo do banheiro nao tinha sido trocado, os copos, xicaras e cafeteiras tambem estavam sujos e o chuveiro estava sem o gancho para encaixar e ele virar um chuveiro. Tive que tomar banho só na funcao "chuveirinho" o que nao foi muito pratico para lavar o cabelo e etc. é uma coisa bem simples de arrumar e estava quebrado.
