Está cerca al palacio presidencial por ende es muy seguro, muy tranquilo y cero ruidos para descansar en familia,está bien ubicado además cuenta con un supermercado enseguida del hotel lo cual lo hace muy útil. Respecto a la distancia caminando a la calle el conde son 15 minutos, todo lo manejamos en didi y fue genial y económico. Mil gracias al equipo del hotel sus desayunos y su atención 10/10 al joven de recepción 10/10 soluciona rápido cualquier eventualidad.

Cons:

Que solo fueron 2 días jejeje me hubiese hospedado más pero por itinerario no sé pudo.

decepcion principalmente para mi nieto de 14 años y mi nieta de 16

Personal muy amable y honrado. Se me quedo una bolsa con ropa y me llamaron para avisarme. Cuando volvi , fue entregada en conformidad.

Cons:

Barrio poco seguro ,desayuno sin opcion para mi que soy celiaca. segundo dia reservado no desayunamos
pieza oscura, cama sin sabanas, llaves de lavamanos sin agua, ventanas sin vidrio, mucho ruido de la calle. Aire acondicionado botaba el agua hacia las paredes de la habitacion.

Cons:

Primero cobraron más de lo que decía la reserva

Segundo el baño estaba sucio y con mal olor y filtración y la cortina de la bañera muy sucia .

Tercero el desayuno jugo necta muy malo y solo pan huevo y tostada deben de variar el menús ya que bastante caro lo cobran
