Very nice staff , great views from the rooftop to pyrimides, nice little pool in patio , rooms depending on booking spacious comfortable, good breakfast very great located and beautiful artwork and paintings
Air condition sometimes didn't work well ( but was fixed ) a bit slow service but if you ask they care so it's depending a bit on yourself to kindly ask if something is missing. Anyway, nothing seriously.
Good location, 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the pyramids.

I never write bad reviews, but sometimes we have to tell the truth. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
We put the money to get a nice hotel but it wasn’t the case. It was loosing money…
The first room we were given had no Wi-Fi. The staff tried to help us connect, but it still didn’t work. We were told that our room would be changed or that we would be given a pocket Wi-Fi device, but neither happened.
Later, I went to reception again to ask if they had found a solution. We were finally given another room, but only because I asked again.
Unfortunately, the new room had dead bugs on the floor. The sink did not drain properly, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Our feet got wet every time we went to the toilet. There was no toilet paper, the shower did not work properly, and the body soap had been put into used, unclean bottles.
One day, the elevator was not working.
The hotel in general did not feel very clean. The pool was okay, but the water did not look very clean and the sofas were dirty.
Breakfast was also a very disappointing experience. We waited 40 minutes for breakfast on the first morning and one hour on the second morning. I had to ask if the food was coming; otherwise, we probably would have waited even longer.
My son was not given a plate, spoon, or fork. We were not served any drinks, and the waiter dropped some food on the floor while serving us. We also ordered rice, but it was extremely salty and almost impossible to eat.
Overall, the service was very poor, and the cleanliness and organization of the hotel need significant improvement. I honestly expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
The entire staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everyone contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we are very grateful to the whole team.
A very special thank you, however, goes to Nada, who is an extraordinary person and made our experience truly unforgettable. She helped us with everything we needed, at any time of the day or night, always with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
In all my life, I have never received such personal attention and such exceptional service from anyone. Nada went far beyond what could ever be expected, making us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease throughout our stay.
She is a true asset to this place, and her dedication to guests is remarkable. People like Nada are very rare, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.

屋上ルーフトップからピラミッド群やスフィンクスがパノラマのように見える。それを眺めながらエキゾチックな朝食を食べて、この景色だけでもここに泊まる価値があります。一番安いシングルルームに泊まりましたが、部屋もバスルームもこじんまりと簡素ながらも綺麗でピラミッドは見えませんが窓付きだったのが良かったです。一人旅には十分なお部屋でした。
スタッフは皆さんフレンドリー。立地もギザの便利な場所にあるので満足でした。
私が外出している間、部屋の掃除をしてくれたのは良かったのですが私物には触らないで欲しかったです。隠してたはずの現金が挟んであったノートがご丁寧に机の上に出してあってゾッとしました。置きっぱなしにしていた私も悪く、何も盗られていませんでしたがルームメイドといえど客の私物には勝手に触るものじゃありません。散らかっていても客の私物はそのままにしておくべきです
Hotel modesto con buenas habitaciones, piscina y terraza desde donde se tiene una extraordinarias vistas de las pirámides. El personal es muy amable y te aytudan en todo, mis felicitaciones a Naura y también a Nada por su trabajo. Si necesitan coche y conductor, ellos te lo facilitan y con buenos precios.
We really enjoyed the hotel, which is very close to the entrance of the pyramids, just a five-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the establishment is clean. And the pool is truly wonderful after a day of walking around the pyramids.
Everything was perfect
The location was perfect, very close to the pyramids, some restaurants close by. The view from the terrace was wonderful. Having breakfast looking to the pyramids was something special. The staff is very nice, all of them! The room was comfortable and suitable for our family of 4. Breakfast was very good. We didn't use the swimming pool, but we use the area to relax. The relation price/quality is good.

We experienced a family friendly and hospitality from each and every hotel employees. They are always helping you if there’s any issue and the view from the rooftop is extraordinary.
There’s nothing I can complain about.
This Inn has lights that circle all of the panoramic windows in the upper level in the restaurant. They cause so much light pollution that you cannot see out of them to the pyramids in the evening.
On top of that, you cannot see a whole entire pyramid from the neighboring rooftop restaurants because of how bizarrely bright their lights are around these windows. They ruin the ambience and atmosphere, eliminating the ability to appreciate an entire pyramid.
We tried both in the restaurantand neighboring restaurants for the view - it's our first time in Egypt, at the pyramids, and we were so hoping to enjoy the simple sight of these magnificent wonders of the ancient world. We actually spoke with the owner of a neighboring hotel with a rooftop restaurant about this particular inn with the ridiculous lights, and he said everyone in the surrounding neighborhood had asked him if he would please turn the brightness down. The owner has refused.

Par ailleurs tout le personnel sans exception est incroyable et se plie en 4 pour répondre à vos besoins et demandes diverses. L’établissement a été très arrangeant quand à notre heure de Check out et nous a permis de partir plus tard sans frais supplémentaire, afin que nos deux enfants fassent la sieste.

L’hôtel est situé dans le quartier des écuries, attention âmes sensibles s’abstenir, animaux pas toujours bien traités, mais cela n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel. L’hôtel se situe dans la rue où il y a une décharge en pleine aire.
La salle de bain est vétuste mais tout est là pour se laver, il faisait froid à notre arrivée et l’établissement nous a prêté un chauffage d’appoint. Il manquait un rideau occultant, mais l’établissement nous a déplacé un autre rideau de notre chambre pour le fixer côte nuit.
Point négatif on est tombé sur la chambre en dessous des cuisines qui est très bruillante.
Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée et à l’ombre toute la journée.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this hotel. Waking up every morning to the breathtaking view of the Great Pyramids was an experience beyond words. Seeing one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World right from our room was simply magical.
The location is unbeatable, directly in front of the pyramids and just a few minutes from the entrance, which made visiting the site very easy and convenient.
The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace offers a stunning panoramic view, especially at sunset when the pyramids are amazing. Sitting there in the evening was one of the highlights of our trip.
We would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo who wants a unique and memorable experience!
We stayed here recently in feb 2026 for a night which was included in our tour from Book Tour Egypt. We love our room with three beds for a family of four and included breakfast. However the beds are all single beds so there is no bed for couples but good thing we got three beds. What we love is the panorama view of the pyramids and the sphinx. It was really amazing eating with the beautiful view of the pyramids.
