Noura e Nada eccezionali in un viaggio eccezionale
Pros:

La struttura è eccezionale in ogni suo aspetto : la posizione spettacolare (si arriva alla Sfinge a piedi), il ristorante è comodissimo, camere soddisfacenti, piscina, ma soprattutto lo staff: Nada è una persona eccezionale che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio come essere in famiglia. Noura ci ha seguiti per mesi via WhatsApp per organizzare in ogni dettaglio il nostro viaggio in Egitto. Ci hanno offerto un tour di Giza e Cairo con una guida italiana perfetta e autista completamente a nostra disposizione. Torneremo di sicuro e lo consigliamo. Le foto nel sito non danno del tutto giustizia della qualità dei servizi

Pros:

A pochi passi dall’ingresso al sito delle piramidi, ha una vista dalla terrazza tra le piu belle di Giza.
Personale della struttura sempre gentile e disponibile specialmente Noura e Nada.
Ho trovato alla fine conveniente organizzare alcune escursioni con l’hotel.

Cons:

Bagno piccolino senza areazione naturale e lavabo un po’ piccolo.
Purtroppo La struttura sebbene vicina al sito delle piramidi (ci si va a piedi in 5 minuti) è in un quartiere dove è pieno di animali usati per il sito archeologico.

Terrace has a great view. Great wi-fi. Room was clean. Hotel offered pick up from airport for free. Good location, 2 minutes from pyramids entrance, shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Un hôtel magnifique avec un personne toute aussi magnifique !
Pros:

Encore un excellent accueil dans ce magnifique hôtel !
Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous et nous on était d’une grande aide dans la planification de notre voyage (surtout Nada <3).
Il nous on également garder un valise durant 5 jours pendant notre voyage à siwa et nous on autorise un accès à la chambre bien avant l’horaire du check in et également un check out beaucoup plus tard pour nous permettre de nous reposer. (tout cela gratuitement)
Je vous recommande fortement cette établissement si vous chercher un endroit avec des personne authentique et agréable.
La piscine permet également de se rafraîchir pendant les après-midis chaudes.
Les chambres d’hôtels sont très propre et la nourriture servis au restaurant est très bonne (avec une vue sur les pyramides en bonus lors de nos repas).

Pros:

Leuke lokatie, fantastisch uitzicht, aardige mensen, comfortabele kamers, mogelijkheid voor late check out. Perfect voor een paar dagen Cairo/Gizah.

Séjour cours mais intenses et on en a prix pleins les yeux !
Pros:

L’hôtel était très bien située et possède un personnel exceptionnel, en particulier Nada qui nous a aider et conseil tout au long de notre séjour avec des propositions d’activités adaptés à nos envies et à des prix très corrects. Si vous venez dans cette hôtel je vous conseil vraiment de vous adresse à Nada 🫶🏼
Et bien sure la vue sur les pyramides était juste à couper le souffle !
Le restaurant de l’hôtel et vraiment très bon également avec un personnel au petit soin !

Cons:

Les beds de l’hôtel était en permanence mouillés (pas très grave mais pas très agréable quand on veut s’allonger dessus)

Pros:

L'hotel est idéalement situé pour visiter les pyramides, a 10 minutes à pied de l'entrée du sphinx.
le coin piscine est vraiment très cosy, la piscine est bonne.
l'hotel fourni gratuitement des bouteilles d'eau, ce qui est très appréciable
Le personnel est super attentionné que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant. La chambre est simple mais fonctionnelle.

Cons:

L'hotel n'est pas très loin d'un dépot de poubelles, donc les odeurs en sortant de l'hotel ne sont pas top.

Pros:

Very nice staff , great views from the rooftop to pyrimides, nice little pool in patio , rooms depending on booking spacious comfortable, good breakfast very great located and beautiful artwork and paintings

Cons:

Air condition sometimes didn't work well ( but was fixed ) a bit slow service but if you ask they care so it's depending a bit on yourself to kindly ask if something is missing. Anyway, nothing seriously.

Very disappointing experience — poor service and cleanliness (july 2026).

I never write bad reviews, but sometimes we have to tell the truth. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
We put the money to get a nice hotel but it wasn’t the case. It was loosing money…

The first room we were given had no Wi-Fi. The staff tried to help us connect, but it still didn’t work. We were told that our room would be changed or that we would be given a pocket Wi-Fi device, but neither happened.

Later, I went to reception again to ask if they had found a solution. We were finally given another room, but only because I asked again.

Unfortunately, the new room had dead bugs on the floor. The sink did not drain properly, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Our feet got wet every time we went to the toilet. There was no toilet paper, the shower did not work properly, and the body soap had been put into used, unclean bottles.

One day, the elevator was not working.

The hotel in general did not feel very clean. The pool was okay, but the water did not look very clean and the sofas were dirty.

Breakfast was also a very disappointing experience. We waited 40 minutes for breakfast on the first morning and one hour on the second morning. I had to ask if the food was coming; otherwise, we probably would have waited even longer.

My son was not given a plate, spoon, or fork. We were not served any drinks, and the waiter dropped some food on the floor while serving us. We also ordered rice, but it was extremely salty and almost impossible to eat.

Overall, the service was very poor, and the cleanliness and organization of the hotel need significant improvement. I honestly expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

nada is the best!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left.

The entire staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everyone contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we are very grateful to the whole team.

A very special thank you, however, goes to Nada, who is an extraordinary person and made our experience truly unforgettable. She helped us with everything we needed, at any time of the day or night, always with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

In all my life, I have never received such personal attention and such exceptional service from anyone. Nada went far beyond what could ever be expected, making us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease throughout our stay.

She is a true asset to this place, and her dedication to guests is remarkable. People like Nada are very rare, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special, and a heartfelt thank you to Nada for making it unforgettable. We will always remember this experience and hope to come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

屋上ルーフトップからピラミッド群やスフィンクスがパノラマのように見える。それを眺めながらエキゾチックな朝食を食べて、この景色だけでもここに泊まる価値があります。一番安いシングルルームに泊まりましたが、部屋もバスルームもこじんまりと簡素ながらも綺麗でピラミッドは見えませんが窓付きだったのが良かったです。一人旅には十分なお部屋でした。
スタッフは皆さんフレンドリー。立地もギザの便利な場所にあるので満足でした。

Cons:

私が外出している間、部屋の掃除をしてくれたのは良かったのですが私物には触らないで欲しかったです。隠してたはずの現金が挟んであったノートがご丁寧に机の上に出してあってゾッとしました。置きっぱなしにしていた私も悪く、何も盗られていませんでしたがルームメイドといえど客の私物には勝手に触るものじゃありません。散らかっていても客の私物はそのままにしておくべきです

MAGNIFICO LUGAR PARA CONTEMPLAR LAS PIRAMIDES POR LA NOCHE
Pros:

Hotel modesto con buenas habitaciones, piscina y terraza desde donde se tiene una extraordinarias vistas de las pirámides. El personal es muy amable y te aytudan en todo, mis felicitaciones a Naura y también a Nada por su trabajo. Si necesitan coche y conductor, ellos te lo facilitan y con buenos precios.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel, which is very close to the entrance of the pyramids, just a five-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the establishment is clean. And the pool is truly wonderful after a day of walking around the pyramids.

Unforgetable!
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the pyramids, some restaurants close by. The view from the terrace was wonderful. Having breakfast looking to the pyramids was something special. The staff is very nice, all of them! The room was comfortable and suitable for our family of 4. Breakfast was very good. We didn't use the swimming pool, but we use the area to relax. The relation price/quality is good.

Nothing that I can think of.
