Bene ma migliorabile
Pros:

Disponibilità di Hisham e altri collaborazione.
Il fatto che nessuno chiedesse mance.
La grandezza della stanza.

Cons:

Il cibo non è di buona qualità.
Le piscine chiudono troppo presto(18,30)
Le biciclette si possono usare solo fino alle 20 che è l'ora in cui il clima diventa più accettabile per muoversi in bici, inoltre c'è un solo punto di raccolta e deposito bici. Se ti trovi lontano da questo punto è molto difficile trovare una bici.

Vacanza perfetta!
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto veramente tutto. Ci sono moltissimi ristoranti, il cibo è variegato e molto buono. Si può mangiare di continuo dalle 5 del mattino fino a mezzanotte, nel pomeriggio c’è anche il gelato ed è presente anche una bakery. Le camere sono molto grandi e sempre pulite. Il mare è molto bello e c’è il pontile per raggiungere la barriera e fare snorkeling. Abbiamo visto tanti pesci ed anche una tartaruga che nuotava vicino al pontile. Volendo si può entrare in mare anche dalla spiaggia ma l’acqua è molto bassa. Sono presenti tantissime piscine, alcune più affollate ed altre, di fronte alle camere, più tranquille. L’acqua park è molto divertente anche per gli adulti. Abbiamo usufruito del dive club per fare una mezza a giornata a Marsa Mubarak per vedere le tartarughe e ci è piaciuta molto. Tutto lo staff è veramente gentile e sempre a disposizione. Islam della reception è stato molto carino ed ogni giorno ci inviava il programma degli eventi e delle serate a tema dei ristoranti. Il villaggio è molto grande ma per spostarsi sono presenti i risciò e dei piccoli pulmini. C’è anche un’area shopping, spa e palestra.

Cons:

Il programma dell’animazione non è stato sempre rispettato.

Pros:

Struttura bella, pulita, camere immense. Reef dal pontile davvero bello. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Una menzione particolare a Hisham della reception, super professionale.

I RAGAZZI DELLA RECEPTION DEL VITA SONO ECCEZIONALI,IN PARTICOLARE MAHMOUD E ISLAM SONO STATI SEMPRE PRESENTI ANCHE DI SERA TARDI,HANNO AIUTATO ME E LA MIA FAMIGLIA AD OGNI PASSO . SONO PROFESSIONALI MA ANCHE SUPER SIMPATICI E GENTILI, TI FANNO SENTIRE COME A CASA.ISLAM CI HA AIUTATO NEL TRASPORTO PERSONALMENTE CON LA GOLF CAR, SOLO PER NON FAR STANCARE I NOSTRI BAMBINI. Simply the best in town

Professional staff, very welcoming and friendly especially Mr. Islam Khaled from reception team, I really can’t thank him enough for his dedication and support during our stay, and also Chef Mohamed Messad from shellfish restaurant and all his colleagues, they made a very special seafood dinner to our group. This is my second time staying in this resort and I highly recommend it, there are very good vibes in this place and all staff are very customer oriented.

Only that vacation is over, I hope I will be back soon.

Ottima struttura, con molti ristoranti e piscine. Mare bello e molte spiagge accessibili.

Cons:

Nonostante ci siano baie riparate dal vento in caso di clima avverso lo snorkeling sulla barriera corallina non è mai possibile farlo. Nel nostro caso, su sei giorni è stato possibile solo uno.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pickalbatros Hotel - Marsa Alam. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the excellent facilities and outstanding service provided by the entire staff.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Islam from the reception team. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm welcome and dedication to guest satisfaction made a huge difference and made me feel truly valued.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Chef Mohamed Massaad. The seafood dishes he prepared were simply exceptional—fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. It was one of the best fish meals I have ever had, and it added a special touch to my vacation.
The hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and attention to every detail. I will definitely return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Devo dire tutto

Cons:

L animazione terribile per noi italiani . Non si può cominciare la baby dance alle 20:30 e finirle alle 21:00 . Facendo così molte famiglie non possono parteciparvi perché almeno in vacanza una vuole fare le cose con calma . Poi un’altra piccola osservazione che nel villaggio in sé manca un po di musica cioè tutti quei bar sulla stra dà ecc dovrebbe avere un po’ di musica per dare quel senso di vacanza proprio invece la musica solo quando si faceva un evento

We enjoy a lot, we had a great time, it is the best resort is one we have ever been to.

All the staff were very attentive to our needs, the reception with ~Hisham Mohamed- who informed us and booked the à la carte restaurants, the fantastic food everywhere and the perfect beach bungalow (as booked).
I love the sea very much... unfortunately we had many very windy days, almost always. I could see a murena e a turtle.
When it's windy there aren't many options as the lagoon is very shallow, but I found a way to have fun with octopus, rays and various fish.

Cons:

il resort è grandissimo, ben curato e non si fa fila ai ristoranti, a noi è piaciuto essere nella zona relax bangalow
