A beautiful little home away from home in Santa Barbara. More like a stylish apartment than a hotel room.
Pros:

We stayed in the Lotus Suite for one night while passing through Santa Barbara and really enjoyed it.

The suite has its own private entrance from the side of the main building, giving it the feel of a little wooden cottage. While the exterior is older, the inside has been beautifully renovated with a modern design. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The fully equipped kitchen, especially the Nespresso coffee machine, was a great bonus. It has everything you need to prepare simple meals, making it perfect for a longer stay, even though we were only there for one night.

As it’s an older wooden building, the floors do creak and you may hear some noise from neighbouring suites or upstairs, but during our stay this was only noticeable during the day. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

The location is excellent—on a quiet residential one-way street, yet just a short walk from the town centre.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the Lotus Suite, especially if you’re planning to stay for a few days.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the Inn.
Pros:

Beautiful room and location was ideal.

Cons:

The room and bed were comfortable. I was able to walk to restaurants, cafes, and shopping.

Pros:

The house interior decor was beautiful and every room had it's own unique theme. Everything was very clean and in it's place. Location was great, very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. The outdoor space was stunning, could not recommend more for a group of friends to spend a weekend at.

Cons:

Check in process could have been better. The team did everything they could to turnover the house quickly, but there were a few hours we were waiting to drop our bags off that could have been done sooner, so we could have explored the city more. Overall the team tried their best to accommodate all guests (checking in and checking out).

Cons:

Ar central na casa, porém haviam 4 hóspedes (4quartos) o q dificulta escolher a temperatura ideal para todos.
Nosso quarto apresentou problema com o detector de fumaça (ficou apitando durante a noite)
Faltou mesinha pra apoiar as malas/mochilas no quarto

Cons:

This property has no staff on-site. At one point my room was too cold and I had to call a phone number to ask them to change it (their remote support staff wasn't responding to texts). This combines the worst aspects of a hotel (small, quiet property that you're sharing with other people) and an Airbnb (nonexistent host/support).
