Not as I expected at all

The staff is sooo unhelpful specially the receptionists they can’t do their job they made us wait 3 hours for the check in , when we call to ask for any kind of services it takes ages! awful experience and the location is so bad not as written in the description and no breakfast as they wrote I would give my stay 2/10

Tiene cosas buenas y otras no tanto.
Pros:

Del hotel en si hay cosas que valoraría muy positivamente y otras no tanto. Para empezar el hotel está bien, es un lugar agradable aunque no le vendría nada mal una actualización para modernizar algunos servicios como por ejemplo los cuartos de baño de las habitaciones, que en nuestro caso estaban limpios pero se notaban muy antiguos. El personal de recepción y el personal de limpieza no pueden ser más amables y serviciales, definitivamente se siente uno a gusto en el hotel, a pesar de los defectos que tiene, gracias a ellos, por ejemplo Mostafá en la recepción que me ayudo diligentemente con las tarjetas de embarque. El desayuno no está mal, incluso fuera del recinto del bufet en la piscina se preparan durante el mismo tortillas, huevos revueltos o huevos fritos recién hechos.

Cons:

La zona donde se encuentra el hotel, Pyramids Road según los datos del hotel o Al Haram según Google maps, se encuentra bastante deteriorada. En reseñas de hace relativamente poco tiempo antes de mi visita se mencionan lugares, como el Safary 2000 en un mall al lado del hotel, que se encuentran totalmente cerrados. Si el personal de recepción resulta excelente como contrapartida los camareros que atienden los distintos servicios de restauración, en especial el bar-grill de la piscina, dan la sensación de carecer completamente de experiencia y en algunos casos de la mínima noción de como servir a un cliente. Otro servicio que nos dejó un cierto sabor agridulce fuel el servicio de taxi del hotel. La primera vez que lo utilizamos, para ir y volver del GEM el servicio fue impecable y quedamos tan contentos que concertamos ya desde ese momento el traslado al aeropuerto para el día de nuestro retorno. Pues bien, todo lo bueno que había sido ese primer servicio lo fue pero en deficiente el traslado apalabrado. De hecho no apareció nadie a la hora acordada y fue solo gracias, una vez más, a la ayuda del personal de recepción que pudimos solucionar el traslado, eso si 45 minutos más tarde de la hora que teníamos prevista.

Good stay but location of the hotel is bad
Pros:

The hotel is good , room are old but clean and the breakfast spread is very good and huge variety. The staff and frontoffice manager is very humbled and helpful .

Cons:

The worst part is the location . As it is near pyramids and the locality is very bad the old buildings and you feel like you came is 20 years back .

Φασαρία στα δωμάτια των χαμηλών ορόφων από το εστιατόριο, οι καθαρίστριες πραγματοποίησαν αλλαγή αλλά ξέχασαν και τις δύο μέρες να αφήσουν πετσέτες.

Perfeito, mas atenção.

O hotel é simplesmente perfeito!

Gostaria de parabenizar especialmente a Sara Azzam, da recepção, por sua cordialidade, atenção e, acima de tudo, por ser um ser humano incrível. Estendo também meus cumprimentos aos garçons, que demonstraram simpatia, educação e profissionalismo durante nossa estadia.

A única ressalva que tenho em relação ao restaurante do hotel ocorreu em uma noite, quando o responsável pelo estabelecimento tentou cobrar um valor superior ao devido. Percebi a situação imediatamente, pontuei o ocorrido e, felizmente, tudo foi resolvido. Embora a questão tenha sido solucionada, registro que a situação não foi agradável e poderia ter comprometido a experiência.

Entretanto, faço questão de destacar o excelente atendimento da Sara Azzam e dos garçons, que merecem todo o reconhecimento.

Existem profissionais que simplesmente cumprem suas funções, e existem aqueles que fazem a diferença por meio da humanidade, da gentileza e do respeito. Sara e os garçons são exemplos disso!

Meus sinceros agradecimentos a esses seres humanos incríveis, que tornam a experiência de um hóspede ainda mais especial.
