No air conditioner at all!!
Pros:

Great location and a very cute boutique historic apartment.

Cons:

Unfortunately the management and cleaning standards were disappointing.

First, the biggest issue was that the air conditioner was not working. When we contacted management, we were told that air conditioning was not included in the listing.

Second, when we checked in, trash from the previous guests was still in the apartment. There was also a large spider and its web in the corner of the bathroom near the bathtub, which made the place feel poorly cleaned.

Another issue was that I requested an extra pillow, but it was never provided.

Finally, communication with management was frustrating. Whenever we sent messages, responses were either very delayed or we received no reply at all.

The apartment itself has a lot of charm and is in a great location, but the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unresolved issues significantly affected our stay.

Pros:

Naprosto skvělá poloha, jen pár metrů od Vltavy, výhled z postele na Karlův most a šumění splavu a při tom naprostý klid od ruchu města.

Cons:

Nebezpečná kluzká podlaha v koupelně, zde absence jakéhokoliv háčku nebo poličky.
A také v ubytovaní prezentující se jako luxusní by se slušelo nechat u kapslového kávovaru alespoň dvě kapsle. Jako vzorek k dokoupení. Trh nabízí kapslí bezpočet.

Hotel from Hell
Pros:

Worst experience ever.

The staff were not helpful at all, completely disorganized, and dishonest throughout the entire process.

The hotel had almost no amenities — there wasn’t even soap in the shower, let alone shampoo.

The view was nothing like advertised, as the room was located on the ground floor.

Not to mention the huge stain on the sofa, which made us seriously question the cleanliness of the entire apartment.

Stay away as there are plenty of better hotels for same price.

Zentrale Lage mit Blick auf die Moldau und die Karlsbrücke

Zimmer eng und klein,
Zwang, fremde App runterzuladen, um Zugangscode zu erhalten, hat dennoch nicht funktioniert, zur Klärung mussten wir ans andre Ende der Innenstadt umd in einem überfüllten Büro warten und dort nochmals einchecken, wie etliche andere (also kein verlässlicher online checkin)
Lärm durch Wehr, Gäste (konnten aber Fenster schleßen)und sehr zeitige Küchengeräusche (direkt vor der Tür, mit Kisten- Schieben/ Flaschen-Geklapper)
anderes Zimmer, als bei Buchung bildlich dargestellt, würde ich nicht als Appt. bezeichnen
Kaffeemaschine nur für bestimmte Kapseln - und für uns daher gar nicht - nurzbar,
keine Ablagen und keine Haken im Bad und sehr eng im Bad und im gesamten Zimmer

Nie je čo vytknúť.
Pros:

Poloha sa snáď ani nemusí spomínať. Je fantastická. Cez okná keď sú zatvorené vôbec nepočuť ulicu - Karlov most. Je tam kuchynka, tak sa dá uvariť čokoľvek.

Cons:

Ak si zabudnete kefku, vatové tyčinky, šampón... tak tu tento SOS balíček nie je.. čo nevnímam ako problém, dá sa kúsok všetko kúpiť, iba na to upozorňujem, aby sa na to človek nespoliehal. Hlavne keď príde neskoro večer a čaká, že to tam nájde :) ak zabudlol...

Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz guter Lage

Leider gab es aber einige Punkte, die mir nicht gefallen haben. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber und insgesamt sehr eng. Einen richtigen Arbeitsplatz bzw. Tisch gab es leider auch nicht. Der Fernseher hat zudem nicht so funktioniert wie er hätte funktionieren sollen und im Badezimmer/Dusche war Schimmel vorhanden.

Was mich außerdem enttäuscht hat, war der beworbene Ausblick. Natürlich kann der Baum nichts dafür, allerdings sollte man nicht mit Aussicht auf die Moldau werben, wenn diese praktisch gar nicht vorhanden ist.
