Pros:

Very clean, in an amazing location and great facilities in the kitchen. Amazing spacious bathroom. Very comfortable beds and a lovely smart tv

Cons:

From pictures and description, we were expecting 2 bedrooms not 2 double beds in one room! Disappointed with this and was not made clear by the host. Air con was not working and had only the fan in the hot weather. Other than that amazing stay

Super zentrale Lage für Junggebliebene!
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut phantastisch, ganz nah an der Charles Brücke, in der Mala Strana im Herzen Prags, das meinste zu Fuss zu erreichen, ohne ÖV nutzen zu müssen. Unmittelbar nah ist eine Anlegestelle für Schiffe und eine Restaurantterrasse, mit den denkbaren Konsequenzen. Ruheliebhaber sind da falsch am Platz, für meine Zwecke war es aber perfekt: auf der anderer Seite der Brücke befindet sich Klementinum, wo die Konferenz stattfand. Die Studioausstattung war vollständig, da fehlte nichts, alles neuwertige und gute Sachen. Eine sehr gute Sache, war die Möglichkeit, von Booking.com gleich ein Taxi hin und zurück für moderaten Preis zu bestellen. Sehr nette und hilfreiche Taxifahrer, äusserst pünktlich, sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich kam am Freitag und am Abend bemerkte ich, dass das Internet nicht funktioniert. Am Samstag morgen meldete ich die Störung und dass ich es für dienstliche Zwecke zur Vorbereitung auf die Konferenz dringend bräuchte. Es war nicht möglich, während des Wochenendes die Störung zu beheben, erst am Montag wurde Internet eingeschaftet, das war sehr irritierend. Die angekündigte Gepäckaufbewahrung ist leider so zu verstehen, dass man das Gepäck zu einem weit entfernten Hotel schleppen und dort extra bezahlen sollte, obwohl Taxi zum Studio bereits bestellt war. Erst mühsame Verhandlundlungen brachten das gewünschte Ergebnis: ich durfte mein Gepäck für 2 Stunden über Check-out im Studio stehen lassen. Dies braucht eine bessere Regelung!

They gave us another room. I picked up a room overlooking the Charles bridge but when we got there they give us another address 2 blocks from the bridge so we can not see the bridge from the Apartment at night. Also theres no Person who can assist you with the check in you need to do it yourself. They will just send you a message and need to Find the keys yourself and its very tricky . We are 3 families at that time helping each other just to find the keys on our accommodation. Though the Apartment that was given was good and we still have a good time , I think the pictures that was given is misleading.

Cons:

The pictures is misleading. They give us another Apartment 2 blocks from the Charles Bridge, no reception and no person to assist you.

No air conditioner at all!!

Great location and a very cute boutique historic apartment.

Cons:

Unfortunately the management and cleaning standards were disappointing.

First, the biggest issue was that the air conditioner was not working. When we contacted management, we were told that air conditioning was not included in the listing.

Second, when we checked in, trash from the previous guests was still in the apartment. There was also a large spider and its web in the corner of the bathroom near the bathtub, which made the place feel poorly cleaned.

Another issue was that I requested an extra pillow, but it was never provided.

Finally, communication with management was frustrating. Whenever we sent messages, responses were either very delayed or we received no reply at all.

The apartment itself has a lot of charm and is in a great location, but the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unresolved issues significantly affected our stay.

Naprosto skvělá poloha, jen pár metrů od Vltavy, výhled z postele na Karlův most a šumění splavu a při tom naprostý klid od ruchu města.

Cons:

Nebezpečná kluzká podlaha v koupelně, zde absence jakéhokoliv háčku nebo poličky.
A také v ubytovaní prezentující se jako luxusní by se slušelo nechat u kapslového kávovaru alespoň dvě kapsle. Jako vzorek k dokoupení. Trh nabízí kapslí bezpočet.
