Otelin mimarisi ve ferahlığı çok güzel, odalar yeni ve temizlik çok güzel. Otel yönetimi ve lobide hizmet ve destek güzel.

Cons:

Yemekler gerçekten çok kötüydü, baharatlar vs değil genel olarak tatlar kötü. Farklı restoranlar var ancak hepsi beklentinin çok altında kalıyor. Damak tadı olarak düşünebilirsiniz ama Türk yemek kültürüne çok uzak ve hiç tatmin edici değil.

Havuz yetersiz, yetişkin havuzu derin değil ve çok dar alanda. Deniz uzak, yaklaşık 10 dakika araçlarla taşımacılık yapılıyor bu hizmet güzel ama güzel bir plaj yok. İskeleden girmeniz gerekiyor ve kum plaj kısmı çok dar ve deniz çok dalgalı.

Personelin çok azı İngilizce biliyor, bu sebeple iletişim çok zor. Bahşiş çok dönüyor, kimse sizden talep etmiyor ancak bahşiş vermeden önceki ve sonraki tavırla çok değişiyor.

Sharm’ a bir kez daha gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz
Pros:

Yüksek puan ve Golf oteli olması bizi ilk çeken özelliklerdendi. Gerçekten de güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Çalışanlar hep yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Yaşanan ufak tefek problem ve aksaklıklarda bizi memnun etmek adına her şeyi yaptılar. Deniz ve resifler harikaydı, aquapark eğlenceliydi, açık büfeleri iyiydi ama en güzel restoranı Lalezar’ dı diyebiliriz. Odalar arasındaki bahçelerde yere konmuş ve beslenen ibibik(hüthüt) kuşlarına selam vermeden geçmeyin. Bizi ilk gün Resepsiyonda karşılayan Abdallah’ a, müdür bey Mohamed Hassan’ a, her gün büyük bir tebessüm ve özveriyle tandır fırınında ekmek yapan ismini almayı unuttuğum arkadaşa ve DJ Mody’ e ayrıca teşekkürler

Cons:

Tavsiye niteliğinde olabilir; golf sahası akşam 7’ ye kadar açıktı. Mısır sıcaklarında akşam sahalar ışıklandırılarak en azından biraz daha serinde golf oynanabilir.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlardan havuz başındaki garsonlar dahil herkes yardımsever ve çözüm odaklıydı. Yemekler fazla baharatlıydı fakat aç kalmaz kimse burada. Deniz dalgalıydı çoğu zaman. Durgun olduğu günde deniz akvaryum gibiydi. Bu otele tekrar gelmek isterim.

Oda temiz ve konforluydu havuzlar yeterliydi kalabalık olmadı deniz ile otel arasında mesafe var deniz çok güzel ama sığ değil iskeleden atlamak gerekiyor çok derin ,lobi de Omar Bey çok ilgiliydi güler yüzlü,panaroma da akşamları bişeyler içip vakit geçirmek güzeldi orda da Abdullah ve Muhammed çok iyiydi hizmet çok güzeldi

Yemekler çok kötüydü aşırı baharat var mısırda baharat çok kullanılıyor olabilir ama uluslararası bir turizm hizmeti veriliyorsa bu kadar geleneksel bir mutfak olmamalı türk restoranına lalezara gittik bir akşam orası da öyleydi bu kadar baharat olmamalı ,sabah kahvaltısında kaliteli bir peynir zeytin yok peynirler yoğurt gibiydi patates zerdeçallı balıklar baharatlı😔otel gerçekten güzel olanaklar iyi ama yemekler bu kadar kötü olunca insan çok mutsuz oluyor sossuz makarna ve içecekle günlerimi geçirdim tavuk döneri biraz iyiydi onu yiyebildim

Pros:

Temizlik, odalar, güleryüzlü çalışanlar, tesis, aqua park, her şey çok iyiydi,özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok iyi bir tatil oteli soho ya ve old bazaar a yakın otel içinden dalış ve safari turları ayarlayabilirsiniz ama her şey için sıkı pazarlık yapın (biz çok beceremedik pazarlık işini)

Yemekler kesinlikle bizim damak tadımıza uymadı, çok baharatlıydı😔
Patates ekmek ketçap bizi kurtardı😄
