As we arrived for check in we were upgraded to a villa which was lovely and spacious. The decor was modern, AC was fab and at a first glance it was great with a private pool, 5 bedrooms and a kitchen and very spacious.
The reception staff were superb, the cleaners were wonderful. Guest relations checked in on us through out our stay.
The upkeep of the villa e.g painting, silicone, bathroom fixtures and shower area was poor. No attention to detail looked like poor carpentry and inexperience decorators. If the upkeep and maintenance was done well it was would have been a gorgeous villa.
The Ala Carte restaurants shouldn’t be called that at all as it’s not, all 3 restaurants have very very limited set menus.
The padel court are not maintained and nets look like they will fall off.
Gym has old equipment with rubber coming away in the treadmills.
The buffet is repetitive. The same food almost everyday.
I’m not sure how this resort is a 5* resort especially when comparing it to other resorts like the Rixos nearby.
I feel like honest reviews are needed as people like me read the reviews and then book the hotel.
I cannot fault the staff at all as they were wonderful throughout our stay.

كلشي كان تمام
الطاقم ، وراحة الغرف ، المكان كمان جميل .
الطعام سيء للغاية لدرجة اننا تعرضنا للتسمم من اللحمه نحن والكثير من النزلاء ، زوجتي قضت العطلة مريضه بسبب الاكل . في الواقع الطعام سيء للغاية وغير لذيذ اضطررنا للعيش على الفاكهه بسبب سوء الطعام .
الفليلات بعيدة جدا عن المرافق حيث تحتاج للانتظار للباص لكي تذهب لاي مكان داخل الفندق، بسبب هذا قضينا معظم الوقت في عملية الانتظار .
الأثاث قديم بعض الشيء بالذات الابواب ، وفي الشبابيك يوجد صوت صفير عن اغلاق الباب الرئيسي.
لا يوجد امان في مسبح الاطفال هنالك درج خطير واطرافه حاده للغاية حيث ابني تعرض لاصابة بالغة واحتجنا لحياطة الجرح .

كنت حاجز فيلا بمساحه 1200 متر بخمس غرف وبركه سباحه ونحن عائله من سبعه افراد وعند تسليم الجوزات عند الرسبشن تفاجئنا ان العدد الموجود في البوكنق 6 افراد وكانت الإقامه شامله حاولنا مع رائيس الاستقبل ان نلغى الفرد السابع ويسكن في فندق اخر ولم يوافقو بحجه ان البطاقه الأتمانيه بأسمي ويجب ان اكون متواجد واتصلت في موقع البوكنق واجابتني موظفه ولم استفيد منها شي غير انني اضعت الوقت في شرح الحاله لها تقريبا ثلاث مرات اخذت تقريبا في هاذه الحاله تقريبا ساعتين والعايله تنتضر في الاستقبل وكانو مرهقين وتعبانين من الرحله والفندق لم يوافق في تسليم الفيلا الا بدفع 31000 الف جنيه للفرد السابع وكانت ساعات مرهقه ومتعبه لأسرتي. احببت ان اشارك حتى الاخوان لا يقعو في مثل هذه المشكله وايضا لاتوجد انسانيه عند هذه الشركات مقابل المال شكرا
Vår vistelse i Egypten blev en av de finaste och lyckligaste upplevelserna vi någonsin haft. ❤️
Från första stund till sista var vi otroligt nöjda med allt. Maten var fantastisk, servicen var utmärkt och framför allt möttes vi hela tiden av så mycket värme, vänlighet, generositet och äkta leenden.
Alla vi träffade var så trevliga, respektfulla och hjälpsamma. Det märktes verkligen att personalen tycker om sitt arbete och gör det med hjärta och engagemang. Vi kände oss nästan som hemma och blev bemötta med en värme som är svår att beskriva med ord.
Även de små detaljerna gjorde stor skillnad, som den snabba och smidiga servicen mellan villan och restaurangen. Allt fungerade så enkelt och bekvämt, och vi kände oss verkligen omhändertagna under hela vår vistelse.
Vi lämnar Egypten med fantastiska minnen och med en enorm tacksamhet till alla människor vi mötte och som gjorde våra dagar så speciella och fyllda av glädje.
