שירות מעולה, צוות מיומן ושירותי מאוד.

כבר בקבלה קיבלנו יחס מצוין מ עיסאם ו מוחמד סלאח, במקום שני חדרים קיבלנו סוויטה גדולה ומפנקת, במלון יש שירות הסעה במכוניות גולף כל היום וכל הלילה, שירות מעולה שעושה את החיים קלים. מתקני המלון מצויינים, פארק המים חדש ומצויד במעלית! שזה לעצמו עושה חיים קלים, הבריכות גדולות ומגוונות. חדר האוכל מספק אוכל מגוון , צוות השפים שף אברהים ושף ליס דאגו תמיד לאוכל טרי ומגוון גם שביקשנו מנות שלא היו בתפריט. כל האוכל טרי, מיץ תפוזים סחות בארוחת בוקר כל יום.

Cons:

חוף הים רחוק, הגישה קשה עם מדרגות בלבד! קשה למשפחות עם ילדים. האוכל במסעדות א לא קרטה לא ברמה המצופה בהשוואה למלונות אחרים בשארם.

Brilliant stay and fantastic welcoming staff.
Pros:

We stayed in Villa 59. It was really good in terms of size and amenities available. The bus was always available and majority of the time came within 10min to take you to restaurants during meal times. The private pool was clean and as expected.

We had fantastic team of cleaners Mohamed Mohsen and Mohamed Jarir. These guys made the holiday special. No issue was too small or too big for them they really went above and beyond. The driver in the mornings Mohamed Mostafa I think his name is was always so friendly.

The manager Moamen Mostafa was always in touch with me via WhatsApp and checking to make sure everything was fine.

Cons:

The only slight inconvenience was being taken to the wrong villa on arrival first but this was fixed by the manager Moamen Mostafa immediately who also arranged a late evening meal to be delivered as we arrived very late and also ensured a cot was provided for my small baby straight away.
