When arriving at Sharm el Sheikh, the transfer to the hotel only takes 10mins by taxi. I arranged a private return taxi with booking.com and it came to about £8 in total. Great security to get into the resort which makes it safe and secure and is large and spacious and very well kept. There are electric buggies that are driven by hotel staff that can take you to places like reception, entertainment and food areas or back to your room if you find it a little far to go in between. There are 3 pools, the main big pool where they do the poolside entertainment, the relax pool whereas the name suggests you could just relax and the water sports pool. I spent most of my time in the relax pool and there was always a waiter around to help fetch you drinks. Just to note, the main pool has pool bar and is close to main food areas, the relax pool I believe is having a little renovation which looks to be having a swim up bar built so this means there is a short walk to one of the other pools to get a drink or the waiters come round regularly to get your order and the water sports pool is located next to what I would say pool side snack bar where you can have pizza and burgers for lunch which also serves drinks. I stayed in an exec suite which was a complimentary upgrade by the hotel check in staff due to a recent ankle surgery leading to mobility issues and it was absolutely huge. My suite was modern, clean and had everything I needed with mini bar stocked daily. I stayed in block 24 which is on 2 levels but I was on the ground. It took me about 2mins to walk to main restaurant, 20 seconds to walk to free shuttle bus to take you to beach or golf about 2 minutes to walk to relax pool and 5 mins from water sports pool so everything was perfectly situated. I was about a 15-minute walk to reception but I rarely needed to go there and as mentioned, there are buggies being driven around you can jump on.
I mean there were no real negatives at all. More like things I would have changed to make it perfect. The relax pool wasn’t relaxed all the time. You had a guest bringing their own personal Bluetooth speaker and pumping their music across the pool for everyone to hear wether you wanted to listen or not. There is a large pool with flumes and slides but families were taking there young children to relax pool and they were just being children so was hard to relax with them throwing balls, jumping and splashing around where you were laying or chilling in the pool. They should have really been in the kids pool which is designed for them. The beach isn’t easily accessible for people with mobility issues and finally, the shops in the resort are priced quite highly with no price tickets so not sure if you are being charged the right amount or they are just making it up on the spot. For example I needed to get some sun cream and it worked out to be £35 for a bottle. Again this section is what I didn’t like and to be clear, this is me thinking of improvements and in no way a negative.
Everything is carefully thought out and they cater well for large numbers of people. We stayed in a 4 bedroom presidential villa and it was enormous and very comfortable. If we had issues they were resolved immediately. I woukd recommend using Google translate to get your point across as theyre never reluctant to help but the language barrier can cause delays.
Food was great. Breakfast very repetitive but lunch and dinner was very varied
The queuing up for the omlette and the chips. They served the chips and schawarma at the same station and if ylu only wanted chips, you could be waiting ages. They need to split the queues. We also found that the Arab speakers seemed to jump the queues and get srved first, which was upsetting.

Замечательное расположение, красивейшие рифы с кораллами и рыбками. Дружелюбный, вежливый персонал, который решает все проблемы, прекрасное отношение к гостям отеля (были везде, есть с чем сравнить). Омар просто bravo! Персонал разговаривает на всех языках (в нашем случае русский-итальянский-английский). Очень вкусная разнообразная кухня. Чистота и порядок везде. Автобус до моря ходит каждые 5 мин, ждать не приходится. В общем понравилось всё, обязательно вернёмся!
Сауна и турецкая баня за отдельную плату. В букинге указано что спа бесплатно. При выборе отеля я ориентировалась именно на спа, которое включено в стоимость. Просьба исправить несоответствие
Odalar ve peyzaj gerçekten çok iyi. Her akşam ilaçlama yapılıyor olmasını da beğendik. Kapalı şişe su olması da olumlu özelliklerinden.
Yemekler vasattı. Yediğimiz tavuk yemeklerinin çoğu az pişmişti. Bardak ve tabaklar çok pis. Bir gün muhtemelen şikayet oldu diye çamaşır suyuyla falan yıkamışlar bardaklardan çamaşır suyu kokusu geliyordu. Plaja 10 dakikada bir kalkan shuttlelarla gidiyorsunuz. Yürünecek mesafe değil. Ayrıca plaj çok merdivenli. Denize sadece iskelelerden giriliyor. Plaj tuvaletleri pis. Plajdaki yemekler yetersiz.
