HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PATHETIC PEOPLE INCLUDING BOOKING.COM
Pros:

They are highly unprofessional bunch of people disite booking.com confirmation of booking they refused to give room at last moment i drove all the way from Mansehra and wanted to rest with family despite my confirmation they didnt gave me the room and i have already stayed there 5 times previously.

Cons:

They were rude unprofessional and despite driving so far from motor way in rahim yar khan they refused to give room, their manager was also not picking my call once they refused, and had to go on search of hotel even after driving 10 hours and with family highly disappointed by booking.com service as well when you send confirmation your staff should have call client and the vacinity in order to make sure smooth stay of the customer.

The breakfast time was 7:30, I was there at 9 and it was still not ready. Eventually we left without breakfast. Also the stairs was dirty. The room was fine.
