Perfecta estadía
Pros:

Limpieza, personal y ubicación

Cons:

El área de la piscina tiene muy pocas hamacas, no tiene ventiladores y hace muchísima calor, si las hamacas están ocupadas no tienes donde ubicarte

Localização Centralizada em Santo Domingo
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa e bem centralizada, além de uma equipe muito atenciosa e simpática. O café da manhã é muito bom e vale a pena fazser outras refeições no local também.

Cons:

Acho que a academia poderia ser um pouco mais completa com aparelhos de exercício funcional, porém seria apenas um detallhe isso.

The staff were genuinely very kind, including the hotel manager. Everyone was always attentive and willing to help with whatever was needed.

Cons:

The food, especially room service, was quite underwhelming in both quality and presentation. No matter how I ordered it, I never got a steak cooked to the doneness I requested. Breakfast was an exception, it was great!
Another issue that really needs attention is the background music throughout the hotel. The same loud disco/techno-style music plays everywhere — hallways, pool area, restaurant, lobby — and it became overwhelming. It was honestly so suffocating at times that I preferred staying in my room all day or get out a sit somewhere else. I mentioned this a couple of times, but the staff told me it is the same across all hotels in the chain and they couldn't do anything.
