Duschtemperatur nicht einstellbar, viel zu heiß
Wurde nicht repariert während des Aufenthaltes(3Tage), obwohl wir nach der ersten Tag Bescheid gesagt haben

Nice stay.
Pros:

I liked that it was on a quiet street and within walking distance of all the historic and fun spots to visit.
I also very much appreciated that we could check in at 7:00am having arrived from the US at 5:30am.

Cons:

The restaurant did not offer enough options for dinner.
Also, having now been to other hotels here in Ireland, I thought that the staff could have been friendlier.

Pros:

Room comfortable and bed excellent. Skyline view was disappointing

Cons:

Walk from car park. Security around castle made it difficult to negotiate and find hotel.
