The Chancery is tucked away in a great location and it was clean well appointed and the staff were friendly and really kind. The room was comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my stay.
The hot tub and steam room need to be maintained so the guests can use them they weren't always functioning properly.

The automated bathroom door was very glitchy and kept opening at inopportune moments- not ideal for a bathroom door!! In general, having every light and temperature control in the room be a fancy automated tech gizmo felt silly, especially when it was confusing or not 100% functional, as tech of this sort tends to be glitchy and unreliable. Also, the “Wellness” area was totally self-serve, lacking a dedicated staff person to explain or keep watch over the area, which it could really use. Our rooms did not have robes, and none were to be found in the Wellness area, which would have been helpful. The sauna and steam room were great, but the hot tub was small and awkwardly shallow, like a crowded and overheated kiddy pool, but for adults.
Everything- Location is Perfect, the House and the Spa are really impressive.

O staff é muito gentil, simpático e prestativo. Café da manhã bom e de qualidade, apesar de não ter uma grande diversidade de itens. Garrafinhas com água são disponibilizadas todos os dias. O quarto que fiquei era grande e confortável. A cama é grande e boa para quem gosta de cama macia.
Para mim o colchão era muito macio, eu gosto de camas mais firmes. Mas isso é uma questão pessoal.

Lovely and very new hotel. The staff were very, very kind and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. Our rooms were quite "cutting edge" technology wise---with a hand motion sensor to open and close the bathroom door as well as touch sensors to open/close the curtains, turn on/off the lights, etc. I'm not technologically very savvy but it was easy to figure out and use. I was even able to make the tv work :-). Very nice hot shower and comfortable beds. Everything very clean and new. Would definitely stay here again.
Parking, as in any big European city, was challenging. The hotel has a nearby lot (owned by a third party). There are several one way streets and you have to circle around a bit to reach it by car (tho it is very close if you walk it). More important, it was VERY difficult to park in it. Our rental car was averaged sized. You have to drive up sharp turns to reach each level and then the spaces are TINY. It took me about 30 minutes to actually get into an acceptable parking space. I originally pulled into one--but could not get out of my car (doors too close to the car beside me). The second one I pulled into--I could open my door only but realized that if another car parked beside me---I would not be able to get in either door or even the trunk.... SO I parked beside an empty electric car spot and hoped no one would "trap me." Also, it wasn't just me =I spoke to several Dubliners who were having similar difficulties parking. Moral of the story--don't' try to park in Dublin. Turn in your rental and Uber or taxi to the airport. Also, it would be great if the hotel had an airport shuttle.
It was clean and well fitted
Loud all through the night from adjacent rooms as well as outside, the view was quite literally a brick wall

Great location!
It was a bit warm at night (but I run hot), and I didn't want to keep the window open at night, as it provided near silence in the center of the city. Not a big deal, the following days I kept the window open through the day to keep the room cool
