The shuttle service was really bad, it takes almost an hour everytime to wait for a shuttle. Only one bus available which will take long time, hence you have to take taxi every time

Kabe'den otele yorgun geldiğimizde hem sabah hem akşam Safa Restoran personelleri özellikle Shafik bey Güleryüzlü ve çalışkanlığı ilgisi ile yorgunluğumuzu unutturdu. Genelde personel temiz bakımlı Güleryüzlü tecrübeli.

Cons:

Safa Restoran da yediğimiz kahvaltı güzeldi taze ve bol çeşitliydi. Ama merve restoran akşam yemeği aynı kalitede değil. Fakat doymak için idare eder.

هادئ وجميل والطاقم لطيف ومتعاون.
Pros:

فندق جميل والموظفون خدومون جداً ومحترفين بالتعامل مثل الانسة ندى والاخ الذي يرتدي ثوب ونظارة .

Cons:

الباص لا يوصل الى الحرم مباشرة , انما لمكان تجمع الباصات ولا يأتي بشكل منتظم , يتاخر قليلاً , لا تتوفر مواقف دائماً داخل الكراج وتضر لتوقيف سيارتك في الشمس في المواقف الخارجية العامة.

Tesis fiyat performans olarak yeterli bir tesis kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir yer;

Tesisin yemekleri gayet yeterli ve lezzetli, odalar geniş ve iyi dizayn edilmiş asansörleri yeterli herhangi bir bekleme yok.Tesis etrafına marketler mevcut hareme taksiler yaklaşık 15 / 20 Riyal aralığına hızlıca 5 dakika de bırakabiliyor.

Negatif olarak bir yorumum olmayacak beklentilerim dahilinde her şey çok iyi idi.
2 farklı restorantı var o neden ile tesise giriş esnasında yemeklerinizi yiyeceğiniz restorantı mutlaka netleştirin.
Biz 2 gün farklı bir yerde 2 gün farklı bir yerde kahvaltımızı yapmak zorunda kaldık.
