The friendliness of the owner and how he went over and above to help us.

Cons:

Would be nice to have an information leaflet in the room with details of check-out, breakfast times etc. But not a major issue.

Lack of sleep made us all feel that all the good elements about this stay took from what we were expecting.
Pros:

The staff (one guy) was great, he was friendly snd helpful, and woukd give him a 10.

Cons:

The wall were so thin in the bedroom, sound proofing did not excise. The people next door talked all night and kept us awake until 4am. Our friends in the room two rooms up were kept awake as well. All else was fine but we will not be staying there again.
