Excellent staff, excellent hotel, excellent location.
Pros:

I booked for 2 nights as a family member was in hospital, but only needed to stay for 1 night. There was no hesitation in refunding the second night in full. Highly recommend.

3 night stay for a birthday celebration. Easy walk into town.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Loved the roof top bar

Cons:

The wardrobe/storage was poor. The wardrobe doubled as a mirror for the bedroom but once clothes were hung the mirror was blocked so unable to use.

Good location, enjoyed the restaurant and great service

Cons:

The previous guest had been smoking cigars in my room and the window didn't open. The team handled the situation well, it was not their fault and they moved me to a suite after the first night.

Chic, luxury, nicest hotel staff of all time
Pros:

The single room was exactly what i need the night before an early flight. It's obviously a tiny room, but they make that super clear in the descriptor. Gorgeously fitted out, so cleverly done. Maybe the nicest hotel staff I've ever experienced.

Initialement attirée par le standing affiché de l'hôtel, finalement en deça des attentes.
Pros:

Belle décoration, chambres très propres, lits confortables, bonne insonorisation, emplacement central. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Essentiellement, l'absence totale de place de rangement pour les vêtements, l'armoire ou les étagères totalement absentes; Les chambres sont par ailleurs petites, donc passer trois jours avec les valises ouvertes par terre ou sur le parvis de fenêtre a été bien désagréable. On a dû changer de chambre en raison d'une panne de courant et dans la deuxième il fallait se mettre carrément de biais pour pouvoir contourner le lit, en raison d'un espace très restreint. Le petit déjeuner, très bon par ailleurs, comprend un plat "principal", une boisson chaude et un verre de jus. Il n'y a pas de buffet et tout supplément est payant. Parfum d'ambiance dans le hall de l'hôtel, personnellement je n'apprécie pas l'odeur imposée de ces parfums de synthèse.

Wouldn't stay in the box room at full price!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. If you get a room which doesn't end in 14 you will love it! Unfortunately the box rooms were the same price as a lovely big room and were a bit of a shock!

Cons:

No floor space, single bed, had to keep window blind down for privacy (which means being without natural light), wetroom style shower room was tiny and damp. No decent mirror (no room!).

Cracking hotel and the staff are top notch
Pros:

Very convenient location. 10 min walk to city centre and 15 min walk to the aviva stadium. Nice local bars and restaurants on the next street over. Staff were amazing. The club on the ground floor and restaurant were great. Amazing breakfast.

Cons:

Cant fault it at all. Brilliant all round.

Komfortables Zimmer im gefälligen Styling, kein 0815 Design, Duschtoilette, die alle Stücke spielte, a la carte Auswahl beim Frühstück mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und hervorragender Qualität, tolle Bar mit cooler Cocktailauswahl, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter überall

Cons:

Ein paar kleine Ausstattungselemente vermisst: Zimmersafe, im Bad eigene Zahnputzgläser & (idealerweise beleuchtbarer) Schminkspiegel, tägliches Zimnerservice nur auf Bestellung (was wir prompt einen Tag vergessen hatten und erst bemerkten als wir abends zurück aufs Zimmer kamen) -> sollte besser im Voraus aktiv erfragt und gebucht werden können
