La localisation à proximité de supermarchés, et du shopping à 15mn à pied

Cons:

L’un des climatiseurs était HS et malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. La première nuit les sanitaires faisaient énormément de bruit mais ça c’est calmé. Le café a été fourni ainsi que quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Le personnel était adorable et très à l’écoute de nos besoins et demandes spécifiques. Je recommande

Good location and clean apartment

Cons:

Kitchen was poorly equipped (only one cooking pot). Swimming pool and terrace on the top of the tower were under construction and not available.

Excepto que deberían ponerle al cliente un suape, una escoba y un paño para la cocina, por si uno bota o ensucia algo, tener con qué limpiarlo. Pero después de eso, todo excelente.

Que la habitación apesar de ser confortable no contaba con una Red de WiFi, estaba en la 204 y allí no llegaba la señal.

La chica de la recepción. Pues les comento, cuando llegue al lugar, digo saludos buenas noches. Tengo una reserva. Me indica que espere 3 minutos, pasaron 3-5min y entonces me indica que le envié mi documento de identidad al WhatsApp.. Bién procedí y lo envié. Pues alparecer estaba haciendo tiempo porque ya salía de turno y no me asistió. Me toco iniciar la proceso con el turno siguiente..

Al siguiente día a la salída de mi estancia. Pues cuando voy saliendo del ascensor y me dirijo al counter a entregar la llave del apartamento, ella está fuera del counter hablando con otro personal, cuando debería estar en la posición correspondiente y allí en el pasillo me dice "Señor entregueme la llave". Yo sólo la miré y no le dije nada. Porque me dirigía al mismo lugar donde me entregaron la llave.
