I liked that the area looked and felt safe. I liked that it was clean and had security and reception. The internet was good. I liked that there was a good gym

La posizione era ottima, nella zona più bella della Città

L'arredo era rotto e in pessime condizioni, mentre la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Avevo prenotato un appartamento Superior, ma le condizioni erano ben lontane da quelle che ci si aspetterebbe da questa categoria. Ho chiesto di poter cambiare appartamento, ma mi è stato risposto che quello assegnato era il Superior e non c'erano alternative.

Inoltre, l'appartamento era sprovvisto dell'occorrente essenziale per soggiornare: mancavano posate, piatti e pentole, rendendo difficile anche preparare un pasto. Un'esperienza decisamente deludente, che non consiglio finché non verranno migliorate la manutenzione, la pulizia e la dotazione degli appartamenti.

Would recommend over and over again.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here. The property is very nicely kept. The area is very nice and quiet and calm. Everything is clean and seems new. The beds are super comfortable and so are the pillows. Everyone from the staff to even the security guards is nice. The pool and the pool area is always VERY clean.

Cons:

These aren’t things that i didn’t like, but rather things that can improve. Like i said the staff is always very kind and welcoming but at times can come off as rude. Also, in the pool, I’d recommend adding some LED lights for the night. Also maybe a shower to rinse off before and after the pool.

It’s was an ok ok experience but not again sorry
Pros:

The location was good and the room was ok need to do more.

Cons:

It’s was not like what they’ve shown in the picture totally different so don’t go by just looking at the picture. For location yes i agree it was worth it but other then that need more to do and upgrade the felicities.
