Booked a triple bed room but was upgraded for free to a family suite. Very welcoming staff, exceptional and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast is very much up to standard. The view from the restaurant is absolutely phenomenal.
The location is excellent with many services, restaurants, etc. in close proximity.
The family suite did not have a full body mirror to refer to before going out. Would have been a great addition. The bathroom lock was also malfunctioning but the staff helped us out.
A personal point to note was that the mattresses and pillows were too soft (weird complaint) which caused body aches after sleeping. May be something to note for people who prefer harder mattresses.
The hotel provided an airport pick-up service, which was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Overall, the hotel is great for its price, offering all the necessary amenities with good cleanliness.
It was also located in a nice area where you can step outside and find various cafés and restaurants.
The bathroom was slightly old, but it is what it is. After trekking and staying in guesthouses, this bathroom was great—haha.
We were on the 5th floor of the hotel and had a good view of the Lake and the mountain ranges, it's very close to the market and all the temples, The staff was very nice, breakfast was good, internet worked perfectly i needed that as I was working, the overall ambience of the hotel is very good. They helped me to convert indian rupees to napali currency. I was there for 3 nights, one can walk just out of the hotel and enjoy the Pokhara night life.

Il letto più comodo di tutta la mia vacanza...fantastico. buona colazione, personale carino e gentile. Camera super grande (upgrade gratuito all' arrivo).
Purtroppo io avevo una camera con vista interna (no lago) che dà sull hotel proprio di fronte che ahimè la sera è un dance club con musica alta sino a tardi. Alle 22.30 chiamo la reception e mi dicono che la musica va avanti tutta la notte...e che a mezzanotte provano a farla fermare...io ingoio il rospo e provo a dormire, a mezzanotte scendo in reception in completa disperazione e mi danno una camera vista lago dove dormire (poi alle 7 del mattino sono rientrata nella.mia grandissima camera). Al netto che la camera alternativa me la potevano dare alle 22.30, hanno un serio problema per chi occupa quelle stanze e non è un nottambulo! Si sono stra scusati il giorno dopo, dicendo che sono in una sorta di litigio con l' hotel di fronte...sta di fatto che questa cosa va risolta velocemente altrimenti chiunque scelga una normale camera non vista lago avrà problemi per addormentarsi.

Everything!!! The staff was amazing, very hospitable, kind and tried to read every wish from our lips. We even got a free room upgrade! It is very safe, there is a kind and smiling guard outside and also the staff at the entrance and breakfast were just unbeatable! Breakfast was the best we ever had in Nepal with a huge variety of local and continental choices and they do make actual coffee! The price is amazing for what you get, next time, we definitely stay here again - THANK YOU so much!!
