Il letto più comodo di tutta la mia vacanza...fantastico. buona colazione, personale carino e gentile. Camera super grande (upgrade gratuito all' arrivo).

Cons:

Purtroppo io avevo una camera con vista interna (no lago) che dà sull hotel proprio di fronte che ahimè la sera è un dance club con musica alta sino a tardi. Alle 22.30 chiamo la reception e mi dicono che la musica va avanti tutta la notte...e che a mezzanotte provano a farla fermare...io ingoio il rospo e provo a dormire, a mezzanotte scendo in reception in completa disperazione e mi danno una camera vista lago dove dormire (poi alle 7 del mattino sono rientrata nella.mia grandissima camera). Al netto che la camera alternativa me la potevano dare alle 22.30, hanno un serio problema per chi occupa quelle stanze e non è un nottambulo! Si sono stra scusati il giorno dopo, dicendo che sono in una sorta di litigio con l' hotel di fronte...sta di fatto che questa cosa va risolta velocemente altrimenti chiunque scelga una normale camera non vista lago avrà problemi per addormentarsi.

Amazing amazing amazing
Pros:

Everything!!! The staff was amazing, very hospitable, kind and tried to read every wish from our lips. We even got a free room upgrade! It is very safe, there is a kind and smiling guard outside and also the staff at the entrance and breakfast were just unbeatable! Breakfast was the best we ever had in Nepal with a huge variety of local and continental choices and they do make actual coffee! The price is amazing for what you get, next time, we definitely stay here again - THANK YOU so much!!

Attentive staff, great location close to the lake
Pros:

I had an enjoyable stay in Pokhara lakeside thanks to assistance of dedicated staff Ms Sushmita and Mr Prince from the reception desk team who were on the shift together. They delivered service far above my expectations. On the day of check in Ms Sushmita accompanied me to Aarti ceremony to make sure I won’t get lost as it was already dark outside.
It also often felt as though they were one step ahead, anticipating my needs before I even mentioned them - my package I paid had breakfast included - as I had early morning activities booked in town, they offered to still serve my breakfast even outside of buffet operational hours or have it delivered to my room. I also got offered a breakfast box on the day of departure when I had to leave before the buffet opened for the day. I was also checked on if I wished to have my room cleaned during my stay. I got also discount during my stay for hotel car, free pick up and drop off to the airport and I was offered a free upgrade to a suite. Their attentiveness, courtesy, and positive attitude made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. It is clear that they take great pride in delivering excellent customer service, and their efforts greatly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.
Another advantage is a great location of the hotel itself - with walking distance from the lake and just behind the main shopping street.

Pros:

Very comfy beds and clean rooms, lovely balcony although ours didn’t have a great view, it just looked onto another building but that’s likely due to the floor and side of the building we were on. Bathroom was not a wet room! Shower actually has a curtain unlike every other hotel in nepal meaning you could shower without getting the entire room wet.

The room was massive, perfect location and friendly staff. They have a gym as well, and the view from the top is amazing

Cons:

Bathroom was weird, no direct drain from the bath tub. Could be cleaner, the bedsheet was ripped, hot water only sometimes, breakfast could be better. Expensive for what you get on Lakeside area.
