Overall very unhappy and just want my watch back, I will even pay for the shipping cost as long as they return it to me
Pros:

I don’t like anything about this property since, I left my watch in the room I was staying on, have called booking.com many times asking for it to be returned to me, but the hotel is non responsive. The last location of my watch is from their hotel. And yet they will not do anything to return it.

Cons:

The unreliability and the fact that they are thieves stealing from their customers
