اسوا ماتكون حتي الفطار اصنافه قليلة مرة

لم يعجبني شئ القيمة مقابل الاقامة صفر النظافة الحمامات لايوجد به شفاط طلبت نظافة للغرفة تم التنظيف اي كلام ومرفق صور تثبت المهزلة

في يوم المغادرة تم الغاء كرت الغرفة دون ابلاغي لللاسف لن تتكرر التجربة هذه مرة اخري

Excellent stay
Pros:

Perfect location to explore from, clean and staff were very helpful. Apartment with bed and sofa bed was comfortable for us and extra amenities such as drying rack and washing powder was also provided. Excellent service.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was very good, it wod have been nice to have a few changes made on a daily basis just to have something different as it was the same everyday.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but I feel more attention eneeds to be given to customer needs and the smaller details
Pros:

Check-in with Mr Muhammed and check-out with Ms Kholood and Mr Muhammed were both smooth and professional, which we appreciated.

Cons:

However, there were several issues during our stay. The room was advertised as including a tumble dryer, but this was not provided. I had to follow this up multiple times and the issue was never properly resolved. Being told that all rooms have the same washing machine does not change the fact that a tumble dryer was specifically advertised.

Another recurring issue was the lack of towels at the pool in the mornings. On more than one occasion I had to call reception multiple times just to get towels, which is some thing very basic that should already be in place.

The breakfast also has room for improvement in both quality and variety, and there is currently a lot of building work happening around the hotel which affects the overall atmosphere.
