Exceptional
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, the hospitality was outstanding, and the entire team made my stay truly memorable.

A special thanks goes to Chef Karim Goumaa for the delicious food and excellent culinary experience, and to the front office team, especially Rayan El Zahrany, Nawaf El Malaky, and Badr Husnien, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional assistance throughout my stay.

Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made all the difference. It is always a pleasure to experience such outstanding hospitality.

Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

Exquisite hospitality
Pros:

Our stay with a toddler was made very comfortable by the staff. We were coming from Umrah and were tired beyond our comprehension. Two days stay here was perfect for recovery. Gym is an added bonus if you wish to blow off some steam. The breakfast is very good and better than what I have experienced in some 5 star hotels. The room cleaning service was very efficient. Access to parking from the floor of your room is very quick and that’s a great benefit because you don’t have to go through the lobby.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I seldom say that.
