Pros:

El personal fue muy simpático, nos rellenaban de agua siempre el frigorifico, nos dejaron ir a la azotea por la noche a cenar, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el desayuno muy bueno, sobre todo los pancakes.

En general nos gustó todo, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena

El unico "problemita" que no se puede pagar con tarjeta 😭 espero que para cuando vuelva ya hayan arreglado eso

Sin duda el personal. Paco es un encanto de persona y me ayudó muchísimo en mi estancia. Las chicas de desayuno muy amables también. Las instalaciones están limpias y la ubicación perfecta, al lado del malecón de Samaná. Las vistas desde la terraza para desayunar, muy agradables

Place exactly as the pictures! Yummy breakfast at the rooftoop with a nice view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, had soaps, two shower caps, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and towels for everyone. Me and my friends loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your service and kindness<3

A good place for a few days in Samaná
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and only four blocks from the pier. Both the common areas and the room were very clean. The room was large enough for one person, a bit small for two. The bed was comfortable and there was enough electrical light to read in bed. There were several choices for breackfast, also for vegetarians, less so for vegans. The staff was wonderful, especially the gentleman in the reception in the morning.

Cons:

My room had no window to the outside, only a small window to a corridor, it got air and light from the bathroom window; there are other rooms that have not even that bathroom window, although most rooms do have outside windows. The bathroom was small, with no place for toilet items. The hotel has no elevator and it is necessary to climb up to the terrace for breackfast - enjoying good views from there - or get breackfast in your room; moreover, the steps at the entrance are quite dangerous, on a spiral and starting from a steep street.

This is a real gem of a hotel! It seems to be very new (or newly renovated) and is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we don’t speak Spanish but they patiently read our google translate questions and assisted happily. The room was spacious with a huge bed and lovely balcony, hot water, and a bar fridge. The room also had an electric outdoor blind, so the room was quiet and dark when sleeping. There was free chilled filtered water in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious, and it’s located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the bay. It’s in a great location, felt like a very safe neighbourhood (and the building has good security) and walking distance from everything you need and felt very central. We would stay again!
