Pros:

Estuvo todo perfecto sinceramente, la cercanía a la cala y a la playa, el Mercadona cerca. Todo perfecto, el aire acondicionado, la terraza maravillosa. Nos dejaron un botecito pequeño de fairy, con una balleta, estropajo y bolsa de basura. La piscina y todo bastante bien. La habitación también con mucha capacidad de almacenaje en armario, y mucha iluminación

Cons:

Mejoraría el desagüe de la ducha, ya que se salía el agua de la ducha si no andabas con ojo, imagino que estará un poco atascada y es por eso que no traga bien, por lo demás todo perfecto

Instalaciones muy completas y nuevas. A destacar la piscina. Magnífica ubicación, a 10 minutos andando de la playa de Vila Joiosa y de sus casitas de colores. Terraza amplia con vistas al mar

Lovely apartments but our stay was marred by noise beyond the hosts control
Pros:

Have stayed here before, they are very modern well equipped apartments in nice location

Cons:

The noise as there is a massive construction going on on the vincity and we watched dust fly from a truck ripping rubble right next door to the swimming pool. Also there was a concert happening 2 days in a row and the the music didn’t stop till the early hours of the next day. This had an overall effect on our 4 day holiday

Pros:

Buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de la playa principal de Villajoyosa. Las instalaciones son nuevas y son buenas (electrodomésticos, menaje, sofa, cama, TV, etc.). La piscina y el parking también están muy bien. En general todo está muy bien y, aunque no hay personal presencial, la atención al cliente a través de WhatsApp es rápida y eficaz.

Cons:

El check in se hace un poco lioso, asi como encontrar la habitación. No estaría mal que las habitaciones tuvieran algún mueble más de almacenaje.

Highly recommend and would definetly go back.
Pros:

The excellent response from the Conceirge and Back room teams. The WIFI was poor at the start. But they fixed that the next day which was then excellence. The external wrap around balcony was great with a good view.

They arranged a Private Taxi back to the Airport. Good service and good price.

The whole Hotel was very clean. The Penthouse apartment was fantastic.

Cons:

Apart from the poor WIFI at the begining which was fixed. Then the self check in book in system guide to do this before arrival would not work for me. Doing this when you arrive when slightly tired and hot was not helpful.

And lastly, the main Smart TV did not give you access to use your own HDMI cables / devices OR remote wireless connection. No availability. You need to fix that.
