Excellent location, very clean room and pleasant overall environment. We were comfortable in Room 106 and therefore extended our stay twice, ultimately staying for three consecutive nights. The staff also eventually resolved our room-allocation concern satisfactorily.
My main concern is the accuracy of the room photographs shown on Booking.com. We stayed for three consecutive nights from 12–15 September, making separate one-night bookings as we extended our stay. We remained in Room 106 throughout.
The first night cost PKR 18,792 including GST, while each of the next two nights cost PKR 15,973.20 including GST. The difference in price is not my concern, as rates naturally change.
The issue arose when, after extending our stay, the hotel asked us to move from Room 106 to a different/lower-standard room while saying it was the same booked room category. However, the photographs displayed on Booking.com for my new booking were the same photographs associated with the room we were already occupying.
I therefore asked the hotel to show me the Booking.com photographs corresponding to the alternative room they wanted us to move to. They could not demonstrate this, and ultimately allowed us to remain in Room 106.
My suggestion is that the hotel should ensure that photographs on Booking.com accurately correspond to each room category. If a guest books a room based on particular photographs, the room provided should reasonably match those photographs and specifications. This would avoid confusion and unnecessary disagreement at check-in.
Food was exceptional
Location and staff, especially Obaid who used to be in the Retro Cafe at breakfast time. Also the reception staff was very courteous and professional.

The breakfast was basic but tasty. The chef at Vibe is very good and creates amazing dishes. The location is very good, near enough the Mall and the main attractions and far enough from extreme crowds.
The internet connection was poor and needs to be improved. One relies on hotel wifi for work and entertainment and poor internet service spoils the experience. Provide a fail-safe wifi service.
The bathroom can also be improved. Although clean and with well equipped amenities, the tiles and finish can be better.
A technical point is that the muslim shower is located on the wrong wall. This needs to be fixed.
Staff is very kind and service centric
Clean and comfortable rooms coupled with exceptionally friendly staff. Also the breakfast was exceptional. Do ask them for their mushroom cheese omelette. It turned out to be better than most that I have tried.
This hotel has set the bar very high, especially at this price point.
