Mémorable, j'ai hate d'y retourner !
Pros:

l'emplacement est idéal selon moi, proche du Haram mais assez loin pour ne pas être envahi par la foule. Le buffet était assez diversifié, et les serveurs et le personnel de chambre étaient gentil !

Cons:

Juste une petite remarque concernant le nettoyage, il restait souvent des cheveux d'autrui sur la moquette ou dans la toilette après le ménage. J'ai plusieurs fois fait la remarque au personnel. A part ça c'était parfait !

Great hotel and good location, yes its a short walk to the haram but its not that long
Pros:

Everything was perfect with this hotel, the rooms were spacious and its all new, location was not far from the haram

Cons:

The only thing i woukd say is the breakfast

كل شي كان جميل من الدخول الى الخروج من الاهتمام من الموظفين وخاصه الموظف وافي الله يكتب اجره انسان رائع وذوق في التعامل صراحه من اجمل الاقامات اللي حصلت لي في مكه الف الف شكر اخ وافي

كل شيء جميل ونظيف

Cons:

ماكان فيه مصعد ينزل مباشره للحرم او للساحه الخارجيه اتوقع كان فيه صيانه للمصعد فقط هذا الي كان مزعج وقت رحلتنا لان كانت معي الوالده ومعها كرسي متحرك فصعب عليها

Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. We got upgraded when we arrived for free. We had the partial kaaba view and clock tower view which was absolutely beautiful. The beds were sooooo comfortable where you just melt into the bed, had the best nights sleep here. Beautiful deco, only 5 minute walk to the haram. Highly recommended. The staff were very polite and friendly.
