محبط جدا ولا يستاهل السعر

نظافة الغرفة

Cons:

ما سمحوا ندخل قبل الساعة 4 ، وجيتهم الساعة 5 اضطريت اصف ساعة لين اسوي تسجيل دخول ، ثم اعطاني الموظف بطاقة غرفة دخلت الغرفة لقيت فيها عائلة !!!!
بعمري ما قد صارت لي اني ادخل غرفة شخص اخر !!

ثم دخلت غرفتي الصحيحة بعد ساعة و وصلتني الشنط بعدها بساعة ، فاتتني صلاة المغرب والعشاء ما صليتها بالحرم بسبب تأخيرهم

النت سيء جدا
الموقع بعيد ولا يستاهل السعر تدفع مبالغ عالية ومشي للحرم ١٤ دقيقة

حاولوا يعوضوني بالعشاء لكن مافي شيء يعوض اللي حصل لي
باختصار اخر مرة احجز عندهم ، في غيرهم بنفس السعر وافضل بكثير

Comfortable for family
Pros:

I'm very happy with my stay at Address Jabal Omar. Walking distance to the Haram, although they provide shuttle bus but I prefer walking. Only 5mins to get there, with bonus of the beautiful view of that popular escalator. The food, facilities and the staff were great. Really appreciate my partial Haram view room, with the prayers soundsystem in the room. Makes the experience more beautiful for the whole family. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone. Next time Insya Allah I'll be beck for Umrah and will stay in this hotel again.

Cons:

The sky musholla was closed during my stay. At first they said it's only going to be one day for maintenance. But the next day it was still closed.
