Exceptionally well trained staff
Pros:

Excellent ,well guided and very welcoming staff. Despite limitations in some period or situation they know how to satisfy customers and give importance for customers needs.
This shows that how well trained they are. Hats off for setting the standard high!!
Beautiful location, sky view prayer area of haram and hotel premises
Delicious food-breakfast and dinner buffet

A little bit far, difficult for elderly and person with health issues but frequent shuttle service makes life easy, but still can be difficult
AUTO air conditioner temperature of rooms. Bit annoying for the people who want their room temperature to be maintained as per their need.This may result in sleep disruption at night
