Super mooie en fijn hotel
Pros:

Super goeie housekeeper Faysal en Hassan heel behulpzaam we voeldenn ons thuis. Kamer prima en op 3 min afstand van Kaba. Ook Abdülmecid was heel behulpzaam.

Alaa at the front desk is very helpful always . We stayed here 3 times in last 3 years

إقامة جميلة وتجربة موفقة 👍🏻
الفندق نظيف ومرتب، وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من الحرم، والوصول له مشيًا سهل.
أشكر موظفي الاستقبال على حسن التعامل والاحترام والتعاون، كانوا خدومين جدًا وبشوشين.
ملاحظتي الوحيدة أن عدد المصاعد قليل، وفي أوقات الزحمة الانتظار يأخذ وقت، وأتمنى يتم تحسين هذه النقطة.
بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز وأنصح بالسكن فيه، وإن شاء الله لنا عودة مرة ثانية

Pros:

Good thing is there is no smell in the hotel

Cons:

There is a lift problem all time engaged one is mostly in use of staff there will be upto five lifts according to floors

The receptionist aala was great and the door man was excellent, housekeeping was good,

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped,.the bathroom room was OK, could do with a shower curtain as the water goes all over the bathroom

Pros:

The rate was good compared to other hotels in the same street.
The hotel was close to haram and within walking distance

Cons:

The elevators experience was horrible. There were only 2 elevators available for the guests which caused long waiting. The room was small and there was no shower box, so whenever taking a shower the water was all over the place .
