Please note that third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card used to make the booking must be present at the reception desk upon check in for verification.

1. Please note that all children are welcome. Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 6 up to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of breakfast/meal price.

3. Please note that Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast during the month of Ramadan.

Konumu güzel. Odalar temizdi.

Cons:

Sabah erken giriş yaptığımız için 200 riyal ekstra ödeme yaptık. Bu bir kural olabilir ama başka otellerde konaklayanların ücretsiz erken giriş yaptığını söylüyorlar. Bu konuda daha esnek olabilirler.

Pros:

Alles beviel ons, de uitstekende locatie, het vriendelijke personeel, het restaurant voor het ontbijt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cons:

We hadden een probleem met de wc. Die was niet schoongemaakt en er waren nog sporen tussen de wcpot en de bril van de vorige gasten. Waar ik best van schrok want was erg aangekoekt. Wij hebben deels water erop gegooigd. Toen wij belde stond de housekeeping binnen notime voor de deur. Dat was enige minpunt. Hoop dat daar wat meer aandacht aan kan worden besteedt.

Wat ik ook minder vond en wel te begrijpen is (want de isolatie was goed) dat we de Adhaan niet goed hoorde.

موقع ممتاز قرب الحرم وفي منطقة حيوية

غرفة واسعة وقريبة من الحرم المدني وفي منطقة حيوية جدا

Cons:

تأخير في استلام الغرفة، مستوى النظافة ليس بالمطلوب، السعر غالي جدا مقارنة بالخدمة والفطور غالي جدا وغير مناسب، لم يحاول الموظفون التعاون معنا في استلام الغرفة مبكرا مما اضطرني للانتظار أكثر من ساعتين حتى استلامها، حاولوا اعطاءنا اختيارات لكن لم ادتكن مناسبة، كان ممكن أفضل لكن لا اعتقد بيهم شئ ممكن
