Very disappointing experience – Not recommended

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is extremely old and poorly maintained, and the overall condition does not meet the standards expected from a hotel that welcomes paying guests.

The check-in experience was particularly disappointing. We were already waiting to check in, and despite arriving before another guest, we were left waiting. Approximately two hours later, another guest who arrived after us was immediately assisted and checked in.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the attitude and lack of assistance from the receptionist on duty. The female receptionist working at the Front Desk on 28 August 2026 at approximately 13:15 was not helpful, did not demonstrate a welcoming attitude, and did not appear to make any genuine effort to resolve the situation or properly explain the reason for the delay.

A hotel reception should be the first point of contact with the guest, and the check-in experience should be professional, fair, welcoming, and efficient. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met during our arrival.

It was especially disappointing to see a guest who arrived significantly later being served immediately while we continued waiting. Regardless of the guest's nationality, every guest should be treated fairly and according to the same professional service standards. The issue is the apparent inconsistency in service and the lack of proper communication with guests who were already waiting.

The condition of the property, combined with the poor check-in experience and unhelpful front desk service, has completely changed my impression of this hotel.

This will definitely be my last time choosing this hotel for a stay. I would not recommend it to others and strongly suggest that management review the Front Office procedures, staff attitude, guest handling, and check-in process.

Overall: Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

تجربة سيئة للغاية – لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق

بكل أسف، كانت هذه من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها على الإطلاق. الفندق قديم جدًا وحالته العامة ومستوى الصيانة لا يرقى إلى المستوى المتوقع من فندق يستقبل النزلاء ويفترض أن يقدم لهم تجربة إقامة مريحة ومحترمة.

كانت تجربة تسجيل الدخول تحديدًا سيئة للغاية. كنا موجودين بالفعل في الفندق وننتظر تسجيل الدخول، ومع ذلك استمر الانتظار لفترة طويلة دون الحصول على خدمة واضحة أو تفسير مناسب للتأخير.

الأكثر استياءً أن أحد النزلاء وصل بعدنا بحوالي ساعتين، ومع ذلك تم التعامل معه وتسجيل دخوله فورًا، بينما كنا نحن لا نزال ننتظر.

كما أن أسلوب موظفة الاستقبال المناوبة كان غير مرضٍ على الإطلاق. كانت موظفة الاستقبال (أنثى) الموجودة على مكتب الاستقبال يوم 28 أغسطس 2026 في حوالي الساعة 13:15 غير متعاونة، ولم تُظهر الاهتمام المطلوب بالنزيل أو الرغبة في مساعدته، كما لم تقدم توضيحًا مناسبًا بشأن سبب التأخير أو المدة المتوقعة للانتظار.

من المفترض أن يكون مكتب الاستقبال هو أول نقطة تواصل بين الفندق والنزيل، وبالتالي يجب أن تكون الخدمة احترافية، سريعة، عادلة، ومرحبة. للأسف، لم أشعر بأي من ذلك خلال تجربة تسجيل الدخول.

وأود التأكيد أن المشكلة ليست في جنسية النزيل الذي تم خدمته بعدنا، وإنما في عدم وضوح ترتيب الخدمة وعدم المساواة في التعامل مع النزلاء المنتظرين، إضافة إلى غياب التواصل المهني والشفاف. كل نزيل يستحق أن تتم معاملته باحترام ووفقًا لمعايير خدمة واضحة وعادلة.

إن حالة الفندق القديمة، إلى جانب تجربة تسجيل الدخول السيئة والتعامل غير المهني من موظفة الاستقبال، جعلتني أشعر بخيبة أمل كبيرة وغيرت تمامًا انطباعي عن الفندق.

بالتأكيد ستكون هذه آخر مرة أختار فيها هذا الفندق للإقامة، ولا أوصي به للآخرين.

وأطالب إدارة الفندق بمراجعة إجراءات تسجيل الدخول، وطريقة تعامل موظفي الاستقبال مع النزلاء، ومعايير خدمة العملاء، وآلية التعامل مع حالات الانتظار والتأخير، لضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه التجربة مع نزلاء آخرين.

التقييم العام: تجربة مخيبة للآمال للغاية – لا أنصح به.

L’architecture est belle, le personnel restaurant est chaleureux.

L'accueil du personnel, la disponibilité et la bienveillance du personnel d'entretien, le petit déjeuner, la douche est belle et propre , l'emplacement.

المطعم ممتاز والموظف بركات مباشر جيد جدا والشيف احمد جيد جدا وجميع الموظفين في المطعم محترمين .

Staff was Amazing , Managment and Reception team, breakfast, Location, Concierge Service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, situated close to Roza-e-Rasool (saw). The property was extremely clean, and the breakfast was quite good as well.
