Pros:

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi . Resepsiyondaki Esma idi galiba ve diğer insanlar ve kattaki ikbal isimle kişi çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi.kahvaltı fazlasıyla Türkler için doyurucu olabilecek bi kahvaltı .

Cons:

Servis var ama açık söyleyeyim çok uzağa indiriyor yani yaşlı bir kişi mağdur olacaktır. Haram a En az 15 dakika yürümek gerekiyor . Servisten Kabe nin yanına Git gel yaklaşık 2.5- 3 km ye yakın yürümek gerek . Odada pencere yok bu büyük bir sorun . Servis her saat başı var servisçi arkadaşlar çok iyi ve güleryüzlü insanlar. 10 gün konakladık genç olduğum için mesafe sorun olmadı ama yaşlı olsaydım o kadar yürümek hoşuma gitmezdi

The room I got was way too small.Such rooms shouldn't even be listed.I got 818,my friend got 718 and another friend 814.so 814 and 818 is of same price but 814 is a bigger room.
818 & 718 shouldn't even be considered as a room .
