great location - really comfy bed, room was lovely and modern.
Quarto eh bom e limpo
Servico eh um desastre. So fica um funcionario na recepcao a noite, a porta do hotel fica fechada, voce fica preso fora do hotel enquanto o funcionario nao aparece.
Deixam duas garrafas pequenas de agua no quarto, tentamos pedir mais mas a recepcao nao atende chamadas a noite.
A piscina fecha as 6PM e so abre as 8AM, entao nao eh possivel usar nem antes nem depois dos passeios

החדר היה נחמד
צוות המלון היה ממש לא נחמד , מדברים אתם בקבלה והם עסוקים בטלפון , צריך לבקש מס' פעמים דברים עד שמקבלים זה לא מה שהוזמן בקיצור לא שווה את הכסף הרס את החוויה של יום ההולדת לא נמליץ
הצוות היה נהדר, עזרו בכל דבר ומאד נחמדים ויעילים.
החדר היה מרווח, נקי ונעים.
שני דברים: אחד החדר שלנו היה ממש על המעלית, והיה המון רעש מכל מי שמחכה למעלית או יוצא מהמעלית. הזמנתי חדר יקר יותר ולא נראה לי סביר. דבר נוסף ממש קטן - שימו מתלים למגבות במקלחת, למה לחסוך דווקא בזה?? אין איפה לתלות מגבת.
