The hotel is beautiful. Location is fantastic. Close to the main tourist attractions but in a quiet and beautiful residential neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants near by.
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Even a small fridge.
As the neighbourhood is so quiet you can open the French-doors at night for a lovely night breeze.
There is of course also air conditioning in the room.
Breakfast is amazing. Lots of variety and everything is fresh. There is also a menu for additional items.
Staff are friendly and helpful. From the lovely staff at the reception to the staff working in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and polite.
It’s my second time in this hotel and I can’t wait to come again.
It’s not one of these large and over crowded hotels. It’s very special and has such a unique feel about it.
Highly recommended.

המלון חדש ונראה טוב, ארוחת הבוקר טובה.
הזמנתי חדר עם גינה, שחשבתי לתומי שהיא פרטית. כשהגעתי גיליתי שהגינה לא פרטית אלה משותפת לשורת חדרים. קודם כל זאת רמייה כי בשום מקום לא רשום שהגינה אינה פרטית. ועבור אישה שמתארחת לבד ענייני פרטיות הם דבר קריטי. כשביקשתי להחליף חדר כי רציתי חדר אחר עם מרפסת פרטית (והתבאסתי על זה ממש) הציעו לי חדר חלופי, עם מרפסת בגודל מטר על חצי מטר, צמוד למעלית ומעל כביש, כך שגם שמעתי כל שיחה של כל בן אדם שעמד ליד המעלית בכל שעות היממה. לא הציעו לי שום פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש, אולי חשבו שהחדר עצמו שהיה גדול בכמה מטרים בודדים מהחדר המקורי שלי (אבל בלי מרפסת כך שלא יותר גדול בפועל), הוא פיצוי הולם. אם הייתי יודעת שהמרפסת אינה פרטית לא הייתי בחיים מזמינה את המלון הזה ובטוח שלא אחזור אליו שוב. תודעת השירות שואפת לאפס. במלון כזה יקר הייתי מצפה שיקחו ברצינות חוסר שביעות רצון של האורחים שלהם וינסו, לפחות קצת, לגרום לצאת בהרגשה טובה.
מלון מהמם! רמה גבוהה מאוד, רמה של חול אווירה נעימה, לגמרי אחזור לכאן שוב, בנוסף שידרגו אותנו לארוחת בוקר, צוות נדיב ונעים נהננו מאוד!

לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה ניסינו להתקשר למלון לודא שההזמנה הגיע. בשום אופן לא ניתן היה להשיג את המלון. שום ניסיון לקבל תשובה בטלפון לא הצליח. פשוט המלון לא זמין, גם לא במייל. בסוף בקושי רב אחרי עשרות ניסיונות טלפוניים הצלחנו לקבל תשובה ואז התברר שהמלון לא מוצא את ההזמנה שלנו שביצענו דרך הבוקינג. שלחתי למלון את המייל עם אישור ההזמנה שקיבלתי מבוקינג אבל זה לא עזר. הם החזיקו אותנו בלי תשובה ממש עד הרגע האחרון. זה היה מרגיז ומאכזב במיוחד שזה היה לפני ארוח בחג. מלון נחמד שקשה עד בלתי אפשרי לתקשר איתו קודםהמל
