סך הכל נהנינו ונבוא שוב
Pros:

הצוות היה נהדר, עזרו בכל דבר ומאד נחמדים ויעילים.
החדר היה מרווח, נקי ונעים.

Cons:

שני דברים: אחד החדר שלנו היה ממש על המעלית, והיה המון רעש מכל מי שמחכה למעלית או יוצא מהמעלית. הזמנתי חדר יקר יותר ולא נראה לי סביר. דבר נוסף ממש קטן - שימו מתלים למגבות במקלחת, למה לחסוך דווקא בזה?? אין איפה לתלות מגבת.

אירוח מושלם!
Pros:

האירוח היה מזמין מאוד. הצוות מקסים בצורה יוצאת דופן. שדרגו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר חינם, ואפילו אישרו לנו צ׳ק אאוט ללא תוספת תשלום.

מלון נהדר עם צוות מקסים, מומלץ, נעים, יוקרתי וטעים, אבל ראו הסתייגויות קלות
Pros:

החדר בגודל נהדר, חדר האמבטיה מעולה וזרם המים עוצמתי ומפנק, העיצוב קלאסי, יוקרתי, נעים, הסדינים והמגבות מצוינות. יש חניה בחינם לאורחי המלון וארוחת הבוקר אמנם לא גרנדיוזית אבל עבורנו מספקת וכוללת בנוסף לבופה הטעים גם מנה להגשה לשולחן עם משקה חם. הצוות ממש חמודים ויש הרגשה פשוט נעימה בחללים של המלון ובחדר עצמו, כיף גדול להגיע לחדר ומלון כזה לאחר יום בחוץ. המיטה סופר נוחה.

Cons:

אז למה לא 10 מושלם? כי במחיר שהמלון גובה, מחיר גבוה לכל הדעות, הוא צריך לשאוף לשלמות. אם היינו משלמים 700-800 שקל ללילה הייתי נותן כאן 10, אבל במחיר הזה ציפיתי למשהו שמתקרב לשלמות ולאווירת היוקרה שמנסים לשדר. החלונות אינם אוטמים רעש באופן טוב, בבוקר שבת התעוררנו למשמע ילדות קטנות של אורחי המלון ששיחקו בחוץ בקולי קולות. שומעים גם רעשים מהמסדרון. כמובן שאי אפשר לצפות מילדים להיות בשקט אבל כדאי לוודא שיש איש צוות שעוזר לזה לא לקרות. בנוסף, ההחשכה של הוילונות היא לא במאת האחוזים ובבוקר חודר מעט אור למי שזה מפריע. ושוב, לא הייתי כך קטנוני אם המלון לא היה מתיימר להיות בשורה הראשונה של המלונות בעיר, והוא בהחלט יכול להיות. להנהלת המלון - אתם מקסימים ומעולים ויכולים להגיע לשלמות הזאת ולהצדיק את המחיר, תודה על האירוח :)
