Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in der Stadt. In der Nähe sind Wanderwege und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es ist ruhig, weil das Haus in einer kleinen Gasse steht.

Cons:

Alles war super. Keine Beanstandung.

Celkově musím říct, že jeden z TOP hotelů v Karlových Varech. Znám zde víc hotelů, tady jsem byla 5x
Pros:

Snídaně a celkově hotelová restaurace je fantastická. Hotel je velmi krásný. Zbožňuji hotelovou čajovnu, kde si v průběhu dne dám sama čaj nebo kávu, vše samoobsluha.

Cons:

Někdy je některá recepční nepříjemná, neříkám, že všechny a pořád, ale v porovnání s jinými hotely todle je jediné co trošku vážné. Chápu, že je to velký hotel a že recepční řeší víc situací.

Direkt an der Kolonade. Großes Apartment und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Dass man in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel extra fürs Schwimmbad zahlen muss. Das Apartment war sehr hellhörig zur oberen Etage hin, man hat die halbe Nacht ständig laute Schritte gehört

Rozhodně doporučuji.
Pros:

Velice kromě jiného oceňuji čajovnu v hotelu , kde jsme si mohli posedět a ochutnat několik druhů bylinkových čajů. Skvělý nápad, který nikde jinde nemají.

Cons:

Na nic si nemůžeme stěžovat, vše perfektní.

В апартаментах все сподобалося. Чудова кухня, з усім необхідним для приготування їжі, посудомийна машина.
Дві спальні з білосніжною постільною білизною.
Саме головне є басейн в отелі навпроти апартаментів.
Рекомендую ці апартаменти. Вас очікує приємний відпочинок.

Все сподобалося, зауважень ні до апартаментів, ні до персоналу не має.
