If you are sensitive to light, noise, or cooking smells, I would highly recommend staying elsewhere
Pros:

The location is excellent, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. The apartment is attractive at first glance and photographs very well. I also appreciate that, after Booking.com intervened, the host agreed to refund most of the reservation (would´ve been 5 nights in total), which allowed us to relocate after the problems could not be resolved.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what we expected. The main issue started immediately after check-in. The blackout blind on the skylight directly above the bed was broken and could not be closed. We reported it right away. Because it was spring, sunlight was shining directly onto the bed from around 5 a.m. Another window had no blackout blind at all, so the room never got properly dark. We had booked five nights, but after the 1st night we were already waking up much earlier than planned and feeling tired. The apartment also had no sound or smell insulation at all. We could hear the neighbors as if they were inside our room: conversations, TV, a young child, and other noises that should never be audible through a wall. We could also smell everything they cooked, from morning toast to heavy fried food in the evening.
Instead of repairing the broken blind, the solution they gave was placing a blanket on the outside of the skylight, literally on the roof, with part of it hanging into the room (!). It reduced the light, but the next day it rained, so the blanket became soaked and water started dripping into the room. We asked again to be moved to another apartment but were told none were available and that the skylight could not be repaired because it was a holiday.
There were several other maintenance issues: a loose bathroom faucet that needed repair, a worn and dirty carpet and sofa, a missing smoke detector (only the mounting bracket remained), and remote controls that shared a single set of batteries, forcing us to move them between devices. Because the issues could not be resolved, we had to find another hotel and move our luggage during our trip. This cost us several hours and caused a lot of stress. Unfortunately, it happened on my birthday, which was the reason for the trip. Only after Booking.com intervened did the host agree to cancel the remaining nights. We were still charged for 1 night and a cleaning fee (more expensive than booked).

-الشقه واسعة ومريحة تكفي خمس أشخاص بالراحة
-فيها جميع الأمور اللي ممكن تحتاجها مكينة قهوة كبسولات غساله ملابس بصابون غساله مواعين هيتر كل شيء
-المفارش نظيفة والفوط نظيفة
-الأمان فيها عالي
-سرعة ردهم وتجاوبهم مع أي مشكلة

-الغرفة الماستر مافيها عزل زين تسمع كل شيء بالشارع

Pros:

The apartment was very clean and easy to enter as it was self check in, thanks to great communication with the host. The location also was perfect, it was safe, and only a 2-3 minute walk to gran via which was what we wanted. I also noticed that although it can get pretty loud outside at night, the inside of the house was quiet and did not disturb our sleep. When we had trouble with the washing machine the host sent someone immediately to help us. Another helpful thing was that we are very close to multiple lockers where we could store our luggage after check out, I think this could be helpful for many visitors. Overall it was a great experience.

Cons:

2 of the bathrooms did not have doors and the one bathroom with a door did not have a lock, that’s the only area for improvement I can comment on, otherwise everything was perfect

Pros:

Localização excelente, amplo espaço na sala e cozinha, guarda-roupas de bom tamanho e facilidade para entrar no apartamento através de senhas. Elevador no prédio.

Cons:

O quarto de casal é um pouco desconfortável para duas pessoas devido à disposição dos móveis, as malas tiveram que ficar na sala, e principalmente pelo fato de o banheiro não ter muita privacidade - a pia fica do lado fora do banheiro na lateral do quarto e o restante é separado por um vidro fosco.
O quarto de solteiro é melhor planejado.
De qualquer forma, valeu a estadia!

Cons:

Solicité al alojamiento la factura de mi estancia, ya que viajé por un motivo médico y la necesitaba para tramitar un reembolso. El personal me informó que no podían emitirla por ser extranjera, lo cual es incorrecto. También la solicité a través de Booking, pero tampoco lograron obtenerla, aun cuando por ley el establecimiento está obligado a emitir factura si cobra IVA, sin importar la nacionalidad del huésped. Esta negativa me generó un problema, ya que la factura era indispensable para mi trámite.

Amplio departamento, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Gran ubicación, camas cómodas, amplio departamento, TV con varios canales, cocina completa y con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación matrimonial muy poca privacidad al ser todo de vidrio, tenía que ocupar el baño chico para no incomodar a mi señora. El wifii muy malo, se caía a cada rato y había que conectarse con el wifii de los otros departamentos, vinieron los técnicos y finalmente quedó igual. Algunas noches hubo ruido en los departamentos de más arriba hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
