An Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay – Exceptional Hospitality!

My husband and I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar from October 5th to October 10th, 2026, marking the beautiful beginning of our honeymoon. And what an incredible experience it was!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and kindness. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a beautiful room for us, along with an absolutely delicious cake that said “Happy Honeymoon.” It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly special.

What makes this hotel exceptional is undoubtedly its wonderful staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The service was remarkably personal, making us feel less like hotel guests and more like cherished visitors.

The food was absolutely outstanding! Every meal was a delight, and we would like to give our sincere compliments to the chef and the entire kitchen team. Truly exceptional quality!

A special mention goes to Muhammed Bilal, our wonderful waiter at the restaurant, whose warm hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Thank you, Muhammed!

Housekeeping also deserves recognition for their meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and consistently excellent work. Our room was always immaculate.

Despite being so close to the Holy Mosque, the hotel offered an incredibly peaceful, relaxing, and serene atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after our spiritual visits.

Jumeirah Jabal Omar should be incredibly proud of its employees. They are truly the heart of this hotel and the reason our stay became such a beautiful memory.

We have stayed in many hotels, but the genuine hospitality and personal attention we experienced here really stood out.

Thank you to the entire Jumeirah Jabal Omar team for making the beginning of our honeymoon so memorable.

If I could award Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel ten stars, I would do so without the slightest hesitation. It truly deserves every single one of them.

An exceptional hospitality experience in every respect, from the impeccable cleanliness, outstanding service, and attention to the finest details, to the excellent quality and variety of food, not to mention its prime location just steps away from the Holy Mosque in Makkah.

My sincere gratitude and appreciation go to the hotel management and the entire team for their professionalism and exceptional hospitality.

I would especially like to recognize Mr. Anas from the Reception Department and Mr. Shehzad from the restaurant for their outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. Their dedication made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
