Cons:

تجربة سيئة جدًا. المكان لا يرقى للتوقعات، والموظفون غير متعاونين وتعاملهم غير احترافي. حجزت غرفة بسرير كينغ، لكن عند الوصول أعطوني غرفة بسرير سنجل، ثم طلبوا مني دفع 380 ريال كرسوم إضافية (Upgrade) فقط للحصول على سرير كينغ، رغم أن هذا كان طلبي من البداية. كانت تجربة محبطة، والخدمة لا تستحق السعر. للأسف لن أكرر الإقامة ولا أنصح بالفندق

The best hospitality means Jumeirah
Pros:

Every thing was perfect I had some issues and it was fixed and apologized for the inconvenience overall my stay exceeded expectations, special thanks to Mr Waleed the duty manager he really deserves every appreciation and respect I loved his treatment and his way of dealing with the guests he was the one responsible to solve my problem and he has exceeded my expectations
