It has become my best and most memorable stay in Saudi Arabia.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness,Proximity to Haram.The staffs were so nice and always willing to help and assist.The beautiful decor,
I loved the Mosque and so many more.
Mr Ahmed Yousry cleaned my room everyday and did a very perfect job.He went extra in the superb cleaning daily with a happy face.

Good view of al haram from the room. Short walk to many gates of al haram
Pros:

Modern ID and full services in the room, good buffet spread. Beautiful aural and lobby, great staff

Cons:

I did not get discount for lunch buffet as my request was not on the day of check in.

Housekeeping and room service was perfect

Cons:

Food at the buffet stations was monotonous
Seating area in Level L was inadequate and crowded w some window seats reserved for the longest of time for guests who never showed up!

وعدني الفندق بإعادة مبلغ تعويضي بعد حادثة تسمم المطعم الشهيرة وتحولينا لمطعم فندق اخر مجاور غبر التنقل بالباص
وللاسف لازال الفندق يماطل في التعويض رغم متابعتي الشديدة بالاتصال هاتفياً وعن طريق الواتساب
مضى على الحادثة اكثر من شهر ونصف
ولازال الفندق يماطل رغم اسمه وسمعته المعروفة
