I always enjoy staying at Hilton Riyadh Olaya. The staff are consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive, which really makes the experience pleasant.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the pool was closed for my entire 5-night stay without prior notice, especially as I was looking forward to using the facilities. I also find it frustrating that women cannot access the gym, pool, sauna, or wellness facilities after 3 PM, which feels very limiting. Additionally, the new policy requiring guests to collect sealed food deliveries from downstairs was inconvenient.
