المكان حلو ونظيف والموظفين خدومين

Cons:

السعر لم يعجبني الغرف غاليه جداً وحجم الغرفه جداً صغيره لا تستطيع ان تتحرك بسهوله
ايضاً البانيو بالحمام اتمنى الغاءه حيث انه ليس له فائده ويسبب عرقله اثنا الاستحمام

Pros:

Hotel pleasant and very clean.
Housekeeping exceptional. We stayed on floor 10 and were looked after my room boys Rakib and Mamun. They were absolutely amazing and always asked us if we needed anything and they cleaned the room everyday. We were very impressed by both of them and their supervisor Nuruuddin. They always ensured we were happy and checked in on a daily basis. Highly recommend staying here and we feel that the hotel should give them all a bonus.

Nice family friendly hotel, very good location
Pros:

Excellent service and management, had a few small hiccups with noise from room next door room but the management Rayyan and Shahad were very quick to resolve the matter and we were given another room straight away.
House keeping were also great, Raqib & M’moon went out of their way to make our stay smooth.

Cons:

Overall everything was as expected

Une excellente adresse pour les pèlerins à Médine
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité de la Mosquée du Prophète ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements pour les prières. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, avec une décoration soignée et élégante.
Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et très professionnel, toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins des clients avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant confort, propreté et proximité avec les lieux saints.

Very nice hotel walking distance to Masjid Al Haram. Nice staff everyday calling to check if everything is fine, clean & spacious room with housekeeping always available to help "special mentioned to Chand & Robin on 4th Floor. Very nice food available in Hotel with Costa Coffee Shop
