Comfortable and Convenient to Access.
Pros:

It’s conveniently accessible from the Haram to Participate in each Prayer.

Cons:

Room was small but clean. Cleaning Staff was supportive and helpful to Clean the Room anytime we called.

Deserve five star hotel.
Pros:

كانت الاقامة في الفندق جميله من ناحيه توفر نظافة الغرة والتعاون الاحترافي من جميع طاقم الفندق ، فندق يستحق خمس نجوم.
أريد ان أذكر وأشكر بالخصوص هنا موظفة الاستقبال الاخت أماني على إحترافية التعامل والجميل للنزلاء ، ايضا سرعة التجاوب من الاخت عند طلب الطوارئ مما كانت له الاثر في جودة ورفاهية إقامتنا في الفندق. فندق يستحق الزيارة مرة اخرى.

Alhamdulilah pleasant stay
Pros:

We loved the location and it was so peaceful
We were met by wonderful staff
Particularly ( Shorab and Gias) they were always ready to help with room service or queries we had day or night.

It was clean, staff were prompt always asked if anythung else was needed

The fact that there was no function to turn off the TV. And the room was dull. Main light was flickering eveb though I reported it twice
