Неплохой отель с бассейном, чтоб сбежать от шума Батуми на выходные, виды на горы. Есть ресторан, небольшой бассейн на крыше и зона с настольным теннисом и билиярдом. Для деток - огромный выбор машинок, на которых можно безлимитно кататься.

Cons:

За 2 ночи ни разу не вынесли мусор и не меняли полотенца, это же отель, а не аппарты или гест, странно как-то. Причем вот на все про все по 2 полотенца на человека- маленькое и большое. Для бассейна нет отдельных полотенец, что очень неудобно, так как придя в номер фактически нечем вытираться, все мокрое.
В номере есть стиральная машина - но негде сушить - только развешивая на стулья на балконе, сушилки нет.
Есть вытяжка и микроволновка, но нет приборов в номере, бокалы для вина пришлось просить.
От завтраков ожидали большего - нет ничего сладкого, хотя бы сухофруктов, кофе только 3 в 1 или за доплату, причем не стеснялись еще обслуживание 10% включать, колбаса и сосиски самые дешевые.
С 9 утра и до самого вечера были шумные работы - делался декоративный фонтан и волшебные звуки инструментов доносились прямо к нам в номер, неужели нельзя такие вещи делать в низкий сезон или хотя бы не в выходные, когда основной наплыв людей.

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. Размещено среди гор с красивыми видами и закатами.
Удобные кровати с хорошими матрацами, просторный номер

На отель 4* вообще не соответствует..
Начиная от надорванных халатов, полотенец , грязного ковралина в номере всего в пятнах и вонью от сигарет по всей территории отеля… это ужасно , при входе в лобби такое чувство, что попадаешь в камеру курящих,это вообще не соответствует никаких стандартам чистоты.
Мы приехали всего на 3 дня и на второй день у нас начало ужасно вонять канализацией из номера , это было невыносимо и нас слава Богу переселили (персонал очень хороший, к ним вопросов нет). Там есть кухонный уголок на котором нет даже ничего из предметов посуды , только два стакана … даже тарелки нет.
В ванной мощно было бы тоже лучше убирать, плесень на лейке душа у в углу стены тоже грязно.
На территории бассейна ужасно воняет хлоркой , наверх по ступенькам идет ресторан и там какая-то подсобка в которой просто на всю орет музыка и это совсем не та атмосфера в которую ты планируешь попасть . Рядом стройка которая убивает всю гармонию и тишину , нужно было закрывать балкон…
Завтрак скудный и в один день поставили вчерашний салат который был кислый. Когда мы сказали это персоналу они даже его не убрали ..
Ужинали в ресторане и заказывали картошку с мясом и было понятно, что то мясо было уже давно приготовлено , обветрено и просто добавлено в блюдо…Цены выше нормальных ресторанных.
Если бы знала, то за такие деньги поискала бы другой вариант более нацеленный на тихий отдых в горах, а не то, что я увидела и почувствовала

Generally it can be ok value for money if you own car and not so squeamish.
Pros:

Good view and pool. The idea pf hotel is actually pretty cool, but realization is on very bad level. The owner is creator but not good keeper.

Cons:

The worst was that my bed was really dirty then I arrived. The blanket smelled, and when I took it to the employee, he didn't apologise at all, he was angry with me that I asked him to change the blanket.

Everything in this hotel not good enough, simple things that makes me unhappy.
-You have kitchen in some rooms but you haven’t any kitchen appliances.
-In hotel is game room with billiard and tennis, but the billiard cue and tennis rackets are broken. Everything in this room is very old and most of them just stand there for the appearance but it doesn't work.
-every breakfast was the same and u need pay for normal coffee

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer pour un établissement qui se dit 4 étoiles. Extrêmement difficile d’obtenir un sourire du personnel.
Attention si votre chambre est au 5ème ou 6ème étage, si une fête est organisée au restaurant, vous ne fermerez pas l’œil. Cependant la situation de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle. Mais cela ne fait évidemment pas tout.

A scenic, family-friendly hillside hotel featuring great activities for kids and adults alike
Pros:

A fantastic, family-friendly hotel set in a beautiful hilly area with gorgeous views of the surrounding forest and cornfields. The kids had a blast with the swimming pool and PS4s, while the adults thoroughly enjoyed the pools, sauna, and open bar. Plus, dinner was absolutely excellent! I wish we had more time !!

Cons:

maybe more breakfast choice would have been better.

Хотелось остаться еще хотя бы на денек, но надо было уезжать.
Pros:

Расположение шикарное, если хотите тишины и природы. Прекрасный вид из номера
Сам номер очень просторный, 2 комнаты, 2 санузла, очень удобные кровати и подушки, белье белоснежное
Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал

Cons:

Запах канализации в душе, плюс плохо уходила вода. Нам в рамках 1 ночи это было не критично, уверена, вопрос решаемый
Завтраки очень скромные, прям очень. Возможно, так получилось именно в наш заезд

Beautiful project needs better attentive employees
Pros:

Place is in a good location with very nice view
Spacious beautiful room equipped with a kitchenette
View from the room is also very good
Excellent place for families If you have kids and good enough for solo travelers
The restaurant staff is excellent
Very lovely attentive people and a generous owner

Cons:

They forgot to check my room to renewed sanitaries paper roll or whatever
and someone opened the door while i was there
Transfer is 3 times the price so i didn't like it i felt ir was a rip off
