Great hotel
Pros:

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Отель идеально расположен: центр города, метро в 10 метрах, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, некоторые экскурсии начинаются прямо от отеля. Редко, где можно найти двухкомнатные номера, а нам нужен был именно такой. В этом отеле они есть.

В отеле очень чисто, регулярная уборка, менеджеры и сотрудники рецепции всегда идут навстречу. Если ещё раз приедем в Тбилиси, то обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Единственный минус отеля: никакой завтрак. Но от него можно отказаться, так как рядом много кафе с вкусными завтраками.

Wir haben mit unserer vierköpfigen Familie fünf Tage lang in diesem Hotel verbracht.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, alles ist in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Station liegt praktisch direkt vor der Tür, und die zweite Haltestelle ist der Shota-Rustaveli-Prospekt. In 12 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt, den Vakhtang-Gorgasali-Platz und die berühmten „Tiflis-Bäder“. Der Reinigungsservice im Hotel waren gut und unauffällig – man achtet darauf, die Gäste nicht zu stören. Der Umgang an der Rezeption ist freundlich und professionell, das Personal ist immer bereit, mit Informationen weiterzuhelfen.

Gostei de tudo. Uma excelente relação preço qualidade. Boa localização em local sossegado, perto de tudo.

Cons:

Da hora do pequeno almoço. As excursões são todas entre as 08:30 e 09:00. Por isso não faz sentido o pequeno almoço comecar às 08:30. Penso que terão de mudar a hora. Foi o mais tarde que experimentei em todas as minhas viagens.

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом есть все- кафе, магазины, аптека, станция метро. Предоставили парковочное место. Предоставили детскую манеж- кроватку. Все чисто, уютно, персонал дружелюбный.

A Relatively Affordable Stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

The room and bathroom are quite spacious, with a small living area and a kitchen. The location is also convenient, just a 1-minute walk to Avlabari metro station and about 8 minutes to Trinity Church. There are also Spar and Carrefour supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

1. The bathroom does not have a separate wet and dry area, so the floor gets completely wet after every shower. The hotel also does not provide a bath mat, so we had to place a small towel on the floor instead (and eventually, housekeeping did not replenish the towels).

2. The facilities are a bit outdated. The toilet seat and bidet are slightly damaged. Initially, the hotel provided a more powerful black hairdryer which was very convenient, but for some reason it was later replaced with a very small, wall-mounted one that was difficult to use.

3. No complimentary bottled water is provided.

Хорошие апартаменты с видом на город подарили нам два приятных отдохновенных вечера в Тбилиси
Pros:

Хорошие апартаменты с двумя спальнями и двумя балконами на 5 этаже с видом на Троицкий храм. В одной минуте ходьбы от станции метро Авлабари, что очень удобно. Шум с улицы не мешал. Вид из окон замечательный, радостный! Завтрак хороший, персонал внимательный, нам специально зарезервировали место для автомобиля прямо у двери отеля.

Cons:

К сожалению, был сломан фен и крышка от унитаза, , не работало биде
