Pros:

מיקום מעולה , מלון שמתאים מאוד למשפחות, שירות מעבר למצופה, כל מה שביקשנו הגיע מיד לחדר כמו קרח ,מגבות ,סידור החדר.

Cons:

המיניבר לא מקרר טוב את המוצרים , אך קיבלנו קרח פעמיים ביום והצלחנו להסתדר עם זה.

Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwachstellen
Pros:

Personal: Sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und außergewöhnlich freundlich. Ein echtes Lächeln ist in Georgien oft selten, hier spürt man die Erfahrung mit internationalen Gästen!

Frühstück & Restaurant: Sehr lecker und ein schönes Ambiente.

Freizeit: Ein super Fitnessraum und ein toller Spieleraum mit faszinierenden VR-Spielen (nur 2 € pro Spiel).

Lage: In Ordnung, den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten.

Cons:

WLAN: Im Zimmer teilweise so schwach, dass es nicht nutzbar war. Tipp: An der Rezeption nach einem alternativen WLAN fragen.

Lautstärke: Die Zimmer zur vielbefahrenen Straße sind sehr laut, Schlafen ging nur mit Ohrstöpseln. Ein Zimmerwechsel zur ruhigen Seite war zum Glück möglich.

Pool & Wellness: Das kleine Schwimmbad war leider viel zu kalt zum Schwimmen. Die Massagen sind mit ca. 80 € pro Stunde recht teuer.

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת. נכון שהמלון נמצא במרחק של 15 דקות הליכה מהטיילת וגרנד מול, ומרחק הליכה של שעה לעיר העתיקה, לנו זה בכלל לא הפריע, אנחנו אוהבים ללכת ועשינו את זה בכיף. למי שזה קשה, אז יש מוניות שהזמנו דרך אפליקציה בולט, ממש גרושים והם זמנים24/7.
המלון עצמו ענה על כל הדרישות שלנו, מתקני ספא מדהימים, חדר כושר מאובזר היטב, בריכה מחוממת, סאונה, חמם, יש אפשרות להזמין עיסוים למיניהם, צוות אדיב ומאוד שירותי, מדברים אנגלית ורוסית. ארוחת בוקר טובה, לא מגוונת במיוחד, אבל יש ירקות בשפע, דיברי חלב, גבינות, חביתות, מאפים, פנקייקים, ריבות מקומיות מאוד טעימות. חשוב לציין שהמלון מתוחזק היטב, מנקים כל הזמן, מחליפים מגבות כל יום. בקיצור הייתה לנו חוויה נעימה, אם נבקר שוב בבטומי שוב נבחר במלון זה.
