Very disappointing. I would advise travellers to avoid this hotel.
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom were fine and the room was quiet (although the view from the window wasn’t cheerful - see photo). The sauna was nice.

Cons:

This was nothing like a 4 star Hotel. Contrary to the description on Booking, there is no in-house coffee bar, no small convenience store on-site and no sun terrace. Most TV channels were not working and there was none in English.
The pool wasn’t open on the evening we arrived or all the next day (we were staying only 2.5 days and chose the hotel for the pool and for relaxation).
The restaurant and lounge bar were both closed to residents all day on the day we arrived. In normal circumstances, they close anyway at 18.00 every day so no dinner, drink or coffee bar available after that. (Minibar empty).
I spoke to the Reception staff about these issues, and about the inaccuracies in the Booking description. I summarised the issues in an email to them and copied the hotel manager. I didn’t receive the courtesy of a reply or of any attempt to speak to us about the problems.

Pros:

Pros:

Cons:
