Find Somewhere Else
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

They forced us to check in around 5:30 but the room still wasn’t ready and it was dirty. The price also was deceptive because they make you pay a non refundable $50 deposit. The sofa was not comfortable and when I tried to call someone they hung up before I could finish leaving a voicemail

Love it here.
Pros:

It’s clean clean clean. It’s equipped with anything you need. Full kitchen and laundry in the unit! Pet friendly!

Cons:

It would be nice for 2 sets of towels if you are staying for more than a night or 2. I felt like I had to was my towels every couple days.

The kitchen utensils were very complete, making it great for self-catering and family trips.

No toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers were provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Had to ask for extra bath towels 5 guest 4 bath towels. Got them 2nd day. No hooks in bathroom for wet towels

Location is awesome if you are staying in old city

Cons:

Not a fan of the door in suite one . It’s a pain to use and doesn’t seem that secure. Apartment is loud if you have people above

One night in Philly was made to be a little more luxurious at this property.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, spacious, modern, and overall gorgeous 10/10 would stay again.

Cons:

Very difficult to find and no parking.

The bed is stiff.

The location doesnt have the best parking and (not the fault of the owners) there is construction going on next door. At 8 am!
