Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Pros:

Matress and pillow. Best sleep ever.
Spaciois enough for 2 people.
Tidy and clean.
The breakfast box concept is great.
Abundant street parking.

נקיון. גינה. שקט. מקלחת ושרותים גדולים.
הכל חדש לגמריי.

למעשה זה מלון דירות ולא מלון כפי שרשום.
ארוחת בוקר רשום טובה בפועל מוגשת לחדר כשאין בחדר היכן לשבת לאכול.
אין קבלה הכל דרך הנחיות ואיש קשר בטלפון.
המיטה רחוקה 30 סמ מהקיר.
מעלית לא עבדה בשבת.מזרון קשה.

Pros:

L'emplacement est bon, mais il ya une construction bruyante en face et beaucoup de traffic, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrace. La chambre est grande, et l'air conditionné fonctionne.

Cons:

Une personne devrait etre la pour donner les clefs et pour la sortie, c'est incroyable de n'avoir personne à qui demander quoi que ce soit ! (un plan de la ville, ou se trouve le cafe le plus proche, etc...) Le pire est de n'avoir aucun personnel à disposition et sans chip israelienne vous etes perdu! Cet hotel convient a des jeunes habitués aux Air BnB , ce n'est pas un hotel, d'ailleurs il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage de la chambre. La salle de bain est tres petite et il n'y a pas de commode pour les habits.
